Sometimes when you are confronted with something that is just way too far outside the box you either run from it or get sucked in - I got sucked in. I had no reason or motive back then to continue investigating as writing a book was the furthest thing from my mind - I just wanted to know the how, the why and who was behind it.
I'm talking about the reports by the man who goes by the name Mark Collins - an alleged reporter who seemed to either stumble on the biggest story in recent years or a man with one of the biggest most extraordinary imaginations I've ever come across.
You can see his reports all over the internet by searching the 'M6 Paranormal Crash' - and there are thousands of pages - this is what probably got me started on is trail.
But then I read about '1of26' - something Mark refers to in his reports and things took an almost unbelievable turn into a world that simply wouldn't exist in any normal circumstances. 1of26 exists now in code from as a blog and also on Twitter, where you will also find Mark Collins. It reminded of John Titor, such was the subject matter but I still couldn't get my head around what it might actually be - what was its purpose?
This blog post by a guy in Argentina perhaps best sums up the background to my book: http://videa.com.ar/blog/2013/01/15/the-double-crash/
Recently someone I regularly correspond with on Twitter (http://twitter.com/NearlyHere) was kind enough to publish all the research she has put together from the 1of26 twitter feed. This included a map showing locations of all the coordinates mentioned in this feed - I'm now trying to put these together to see if they make sense but wanted to post them here to see if anyone has a clue about their relevance. I've also enclosed a screen grab of the 1of26 Twitter feed. My book is out soon and is called 'Fact or Fiction? The Paris & M6 Crashes'
