James Fox to Announce $100,000 UFO Reward for Proof of an ET Spacecraft (EXCLUSIVE)
"This material can be in the form of a photograph, video or film footage or debris from an alleged crash site. But it must be able to withstand scientific scrutiny by our chosen panel.
I'd like to know more about the "chosen panel" and the criteria they will be using.

Didn’t someone else offer a large reward a few years ago?

One of these again. Like the Randi Foundation, it will probably use the Moving the Goalposts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moving_the_goalposts) trick:
Moving the goalposts, also known as raising the bar, is an informal logically fallacious argument in which evidence presented in response to a specific claim is dismissed and some other (often greater) evidence is demanded. In other words, after an attempt has been made to score a goal, the goalposts are moved to exclude the attempt. The problem with changing the rules of the game is that the meaning of the end result is changed too. It counts for less.
Hey, if they offered 100,000 pounds of organs, maybe they'll get a Grey to donate a ship.

I don't know whether that's the case here.
James Fox is the guy who made three UFO documentaries already:
- 1997: UFOs, 50 years of Denial
- 2002: Out of the blue
- 2009: I know what I saw
and is very much pro disclosure, etc.

I hope it's for real then. Maybe it will pave the way to the next milestone in the "Disclosure Lite" program.
When he said debris, I thought of that Magnesium/Bismuth layered material that Linda Howe had in her possession, allegedly from Roswell. I had a professor in physics class who specialized in vapor/electron-beam deposition of metals, and when he showed pics of samples from his work, it looked just like what Linda said of her sample. So I just looked it up, and turns out some scientist who analyzed her sample concluded just that, that it was residue from the inside walls of one of those deposition devices. Oh well. Then again, who's to say this deposition technology didn't originate from alien tech originally. Interesting report: http://www.ufowatchdog.com/howeufodebris.htm
