From what I read in the comments section, it seems the Air Force realized their error and removed the picture. That's assuming that the picture is real. See it and read the article here http://theaviationist.com/2013/03/10/raptor-groom-lake/#.UT9BwtY3uBP

One of the commenters there thinks it might be photoshopped. I'm going see if I can post the full size pic someone sent me.

The photo would seem to lie just outside the restricted airspace of Area 51 and along the corridor to the northern areas of the extended ranges used for flight activities of Red Flag. It seems to be a useless and stupid exercise of censorship to redact this photograph when it does not compromise any actual "secret". My guess is that this is the effort of some lower level personnel who let it out in the first place positing it to a public site, not to mention that the photographer should have been aware of the sensitive nature of any such photograph. A bit of CMA I think.

If they got a jolt out of the image of the F-22, what do you think the security guys thought when the above image was captured by a civilian on a commercial flight, maybe this is why the air corridor was supposedly changed?
