Wonder if it was built underwater, sank or was above sea level at one time.

Wonder if it was built underwater, sank or was above sea level at one time.At the end of the last Ice Age (15,000 - 12,000 years ago) sea levels rose in stages from 250, then to 325 and finally 400 feet. Such a radical seal level change can account for most of this difference in the pyramids elevation, but would show that they were older than generally they are thought of by archeologists. At 40 meters this is only needing a rise of about 132 feet, so clearly within the geologic record of sea level rise.

From Graham Hancock...

"Looks like I might need to get my wetsuit on again! I wasn't planning any further diving research for the sequel to Fingerprints of the Gods but if this checks out I'm there! In general what we know about rising sea levels at the end of the last Ice Age (see my book Underworld for detail) tells us that lands now under 40 metres/130 feet of water were submerged more than 12,500 years ago."

I'm stoked. I can't wait to see what gives with this one. 12,500 yrs is going to upset Egyptian current chronology.
