Once again we are presented with a nocturnal light UFO, it could be any number of possible things. It is either natural or it is intelligently operated. It is equally possible that any of these could be the case, we just have too little real information to help us decide the case.
The light itself looks like a flare. The motion suggests it is attached to something moving horizontally. If it was a classic UFO, I'd say it is on fire. :biggrin2:

The pulsing of the light tells me that it is being powered. The reflections off of various objects in the video tells me how often, and gives reference to intensity. It almost appears as if it were to land there, but changed its mind...but how did the individual know to set the camera up right there? (Past experiences/landings?) Maybe...

Watchin this on my smartphone again I had the phone upright rather than on it's side in landscape screen and in a quirk in the phones software the contrasts and pixelation were different, which allowed me to see this video as a security feed. As a security feed it camera and it's settings would have been preset. What is captured is further from the camera than I was thinking. If this is a flare or manmade lightthen it would have had to have had a larger drone as a carrier, and if low might have been heard. Given the scale I do not think that ball lightening or saint elmo's fire would provide a light this bright. I wish that there were a better way to view this video frame by frame with greater contrast control.
