Covert operations by NSA on citizens of the world

A lawsuit filed against the U.S. National Security Agency by John St Clair (1992) reveals a frightening array of technologies and programs designed to keep tabs on individuals. It is a very relevent subject for today.


1. THE NSA'S MISSION AND DOMESTIC INTELLIGENCE OPERATION

*Communications Intelligence (COMINT)
Blanket coverage of all electronic communications in the US and the world to ensure national security. The NSA at Ft Meade, Maryland has had the most advanced computers in the world since the early 1960s.

NSA technology is developed and implemented in secret from private corporations, academia and the general public.

*Signals Intelligence (SICINT)
The Signals Intelligence mission of the NSA has evolved into a program of decoding EMF waves in the environment for wirelessly tapping into computers and track persons with the electrical currents in their bodies. Signals Intelligence is based on fact that everything in the environment with an electric current in it has a magnetic flux around it which gives off EMF waves.

The NSA/DoD [Department of Defense] developed proprietary advanced digital equipment which can remotely analyze all objects whether manmade or organic, that have electrical activity.

*Domestic Intelligence (DOMINT)
The NSA has records on all US citizens. The NSA gathers information on US citizen who might be of interest to any of the over 50,000 NSA agents (HUMINT). These agents are authorized by executive order to spy on anyone. The NSA has a permanent national security anti-terrorist surveillance network in place. This surveillance network is completely disguised and hidden from the public.

Tracking individuals in the US is easily and cost-effectively implemented with NSA's electronic surveillance network. This network (DOMINT) covers the entire US, involves tens of thousands of NSA personnel, and tracks millions of persons simultaneously . Cost-effective implementation of operations is assured by NSA computer technology designed to minimize operations costs. NSA personnel serve in quasi-public positions in their communities and run cover businesses and legitimate businesses that can inform the intelligence community of persons they would want to track.

NSA personnel in the community usually have cover identities such as social workers, lawyers and business owners.


*Individual Citizens Occasionally Targeted for Surveillance by Independently Operating NSA Personnel
NSA personnel can control the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals in the US by using the NSA's domestic intelligence network and cover businesses.

The operations independently run by them can sometimes go beyond the bounds of law. Long-term control and sabotage of tens of thousands of unwitting citizens by NSA operatives is likely to happen.

NSA DOMINT has the ability to assassinate US citizens covertly or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health.

2. NSA'S DOMESTIC ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE NETWORK

As of the early 1960s, the most advanced computers in the world were at the NSA, Ft Meade. Research breakthroughs with these computers were kept for the NSA.

At the present time the NSA has nanotechnology computers that are 15 years ahead of present computer technology. The NSA obtains blanket coverage of information in the US by using advanced computers that use artificial intelligence to screen all communications, regardless of medium, for key words that should be brought to the attention of NSA agents/cryptologists.

These computers monitor all communications at the transmitting and receiving ends.

This blanket coverage of the US is a result of the NSA's Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mission. The NSA's electronic surveillance network is based on a cellular arrangement of devices that can monitor the entire EMF (electromagnetic frequency) spectrum.

This equipment was developed, implemented and kept secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs.

*Signals Intelligence Remote Computer Tampering
The NSA keeps track of all PCs and other computers sold in the US.

This is an integral part of the Domestic Intelligence network. The NSA's EMF equipment can tune in RF (remote frequency) emissions from personal computer circuit boards (while filtering out emissions from monitors and power sup- plies).

The RF emission from PC circuit boards contains digital information in the PC. Coded RF waves from the NSA's equipment can resonate PC circuits and change data in the PCs. Thus the NSA can gain wireless modem-style entry into any computer in the country for surveillance or anti-terrorist electronic warfare.

*Detecting EMF Fields in Humans for Surveillance
A subject's bioelectric field can be remotely detected, so subjects can be monitored anywhere they are.

With special EMF equipment NSA cryptologists can remotely read evoked potentials (from EEGs). These can be decoded into a person's brain-states and thoughts. The subject is then perfectly monitored from a distance. NSA personnel can dial up any individual in the country on the Signals Intelligence EMF scanning network and the NSA's computers will then pinpoint and track that person 24 hours a day.

The NSA can pick out and track anyone in the US.

3. NSA SIGNALS INTELLIGENCE USE OF EMF BRAIN STIMULATION

NSA Signals Intelligence uses EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain Link (EBL).

EMF Brain Stimulation has been in development since the MKULTRA program of the early 1950s, which included neurological research into radiation (non-ionizing EMF) and bioelectric research and development.

The resulting secret technology is categorized at the National Security Archives as "Radiation Intelligence", defined as,

"information from unintentionally emanated electromagnetic waves in the environment, not including radioactivity or nuclear detonation".

Signals Intelligence implemented and kept this technology secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs of the US Government.

The NSA monitors available information about this technology and withholds scientific research from the public. There are also international intelligence agreements to keep this technology secret.

The NSA has proprietary electronic equipment that analyze electrical activity in humans from a distance. NSA computer generated brain mapping can continuously monitor all of the electrical activity in the brain continuously. The NSA records and decode individual brain maps (of hundreds of thousands of persons) for national security purposes. EMF Brain Stimulation is also secretly used by the military for brain-to-computer link (in military fighter aircraft, for example).

For electronic surveillance purposes, electrical activity in the speech center of the brain can be translated into the subject's verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the brain's auditory cortex, thus allowing audio communications direct to the brain (bypassing the ears). NSA operatives can use this covertly to debilitate subjects by simulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia.

Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject's brain and show images from the subject's brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see what the surveillance subject's eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen. RNM can send images direct to the visual cortex, bypassing the eyes and optic nerves.

NSA operatives can use this surreptitiously to put images into a surveillance subject's brain while they are in REM sleep for brain-programming purposes.

*Capabilities of NSA Operatives Using RNM
There has been a Signals Intelligence network in the US since the 1940s.

The NSA, Ft Meade has in place a vast two-way wireless RNM system which is used to track subjects and non-invasively monitor audio-visual information in their brains. This is all done with no physical contact with the subject. RNM is the ultimate method of surveillance and domestic intelligence. Speech, 3D sound and subliminal audio can be sent to the auditory cortex of the subject's brain (bypassing the ears), and images can be sent into the visual cortex. RNM can alter a subject's perceptions, moods and motor control.

Speech cortex/auditory cortex link has become the ultimate communications system for the intelligence community. RNM allows for a complete audio-visual brain-to-brain link or brain-to-computer link.

Dear All,

I'm taking a step here I've not taken since 2009, when I published The Anglo-Saxon Mission.

For those who may be unfamiliar, The Anglo-Saxon Mission was a detailed whistleblower report from someone who was IN THE ROOM, having been invited to a senior Masonic Meeting in the City of London... in which plans for World War III were being discussed.

The Avalon thread on the subject is here.

I had the video subtitled in Chinese -- knowing full well that it would be picked up by the Chinese intelligence agencies. I WANTED them to know the plan against them. My intention was that they would report it up the line to a very senior level. Their responsibility and duty would have been to do that.

Now, I'm doing this again. The second half of this post is a translation into Russian. I WANT this to be picked up by the Russian intelligence agencies. So [*joke*] -- thank me at your peril. This thread will be watched carefully.



And I WANT it to be read carefully -- by the Russians. I've already e-mailed it to a bunch of very able and aware Russian friends (and it may also be published in a Russian newspaper), and so if the Russian equivalent of the NSA is doing its surveillance job well, that e-mail will be read and reported with great interest. Many thanks for your 14 March e-mail about the very serious situation in Ukraine.

I have some additional information to share. What has been happening, and may be planned to happen next, is part of a much larger situation.

Attached are two audio files. The first is a 9 minute recording of a conversation between Alex Jones (the American journalist and radio host, who like many of us has a mission to expose the truth of what's really happening in the world) and a retired military officer who used to work in US Naval Intelligence. This man phoned into Alex Jones's radio show on 16 March with detailed information about the background to what is occurring.

This 9 minute audio is valuable and important. Because many reading this (in English or Russian) may find the English not easy to understand, I have summarized the content below.

What is happening now in Ukraine is exactly what was prepared in military wargames in 2008 and 2009 at the US Naval War College. It is all unfolding ('playing out') exactly as it was planned.

The intention is to get the Russian military stuck ("tied down or "bottled up") in a situation in Crimea and Ukraine, where, in particular, the 76th Air Assault Division (a special unit of highly-trained soldiers) will get bogged down. When that happens, the US will be free to attack Syria without opposition from the Russian military. When Syria falls, Israel will attack Iran. Iran is the actual target.

For this to happen, the Russians must be distracted with their attention stuck on the problems in Ukraine.

The intention is to provoke the Russians into using tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine. After that, the US will launch tactical nuclear weapons against the Russian forces from their submarines in the Black Sea.

NATO does not care about Ukraine. It's considered a "throw-away [disposable] country".

US Navy SEALs are right now identifying nuclear targets to be hit by American submarines in the Black Sea.

The situation in Georgia (South Ossetia) in August 2008 was a test to see how the Russians would respond. In that situation, they also deployed the 76th Air Assault Division. The US predicts that the Russians will do exactly the same thing again in Ukraine.

To support them, the Russians may ask the Chinese for help.

Iran, meanwhile, has had nuclear weapons for years, and may have an intention to strike the US with an EMP (Electro-Magnetic Pulse) weapon.

Obviously, this is an extremely dangerous situation that could itself easily escalate into a global conflict.

It is very important that the Russians understand what game is being played against them, and do not get drawn into this conflict in the way that the Americans want. In summary, it's all a trap, and the intention is to trick the Russians into believing Ukraine is where their major problems are.


(The following is not mentioned in the 9-minute audio file, but is discussed in a second audio file — an 8-minute conversation between Alex Jones and Joel Skousen. This is also attached.)

The reason why Iran is the actual target is that there has been a long term plan, extending over the last 20-30 years, to create a giant enemy in the Middle East. The intention is to unify the Middle Eastern nations (all except Israel) as one, large, anti-American alliance. This explains all US military strategy in the Middle East and all Islamic countries since before the First Iraq War.

When this large, united enemy has been created, the major war will then start. That will be World War III, which is planned to be a nuclear war. I explained all this in my 2009 video "The Anglo-Saxon Mission". This is translated into Russian, here:

The intention there is to provoke Russia to strike the US first. The US will then respond (as the "victim"). This will be used by the Americans and their western allies to persuade the citizens that there must be a One World Government (The "New World Order") in order to make sure that this can never happen again.

As a result of this planned war,

all freedoms will be sacrificed,
all people will be totally monitored,
all financial transactions and travel will be heavily restricted,
any dissidents (people who disagree or protest) will be locked up in camps as "anti-social, dangerous, anti-government terrorists".

At that point, their goal of total world control will have been reached.

I'm going to guess that at least 65% of the site is just a place for people to go and rant about...nothing... Ex~"I'm 4 mths prego and feel big"

Thank you! Don't be insulted but I was waiting for you to have a better look around there and thought you might come to that conclusion. ;)

With us...well, we're more quiet when we don't have facts and I think some people see us as boring or something like that. They are "their way" and we are "our way".

Truth though, our way has always been "If you want this place to be more of something (like a Think Tank)--make it so." Your contribution, personality and desire for more of something is most welcome and we'll assist or get on board or nudge it back if it goes too...who knows? Bottom line is make it more like you want it. If you have questions, ask. :)

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Geologists in Ohio have for the first time linked earthquakes in a geologic formation deep under the Appalachians to hydraulic fracturing, leading the state to issue new permit conditions Friday in certain areas that are among the nation's strictest.

A state investigation of five small tremors last month in the Youngstown area, in the Appalachian foothills, found the injection of sand and water that accompanies hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, in the Utica Shale may have increased pressure on a small, unknown fault, said State Oil & Gas Chief Rick Simmers. He called the link "probable."

While earlier studies had linked earthquakes in the same region to deep-injection wells used for disposal of fracking wastewater, this marks the first time tremors in the region have been tied directly to fracking, Simmers said. The five seismic events in March couldn't be easily felt by people.

The oil and gas drilling boom targets widely different rock formations around the nation, so the Ohio findings may not have much relevance to other areas other than perhaps influencing public perception of fracking's safety. The types of quakes connected to the industry are generally small and not easily felt, but the idea of human activity causing the earth to shake often doesn't sit well.

The state says the company that set off the Ohio quakes was following rules and appeared to be using common practices. It just got unlucky, Simmers said.

Gerry Baker, associate executive director of the Interstate Oil and Gas Commission, said state regulators across the nation will study the Ohio case for any implications for the drilling industry. A consortium of states has already begun discussions.

Fracking involves pumping huge volumes of water, sand and chemicals underground to split open rocks to allow oil and gas to flow. Improved technology has allowed energy companies to gain access to huge stores of natural gas but has raised widespread concerns that it might lead to groundwater contamination — and, yes, earthquakes.

A U.S. government-funded report released in 2012 found that two worldwide instances of shaking can be attributed to actual extraction of oil and gas, as opposed to wastewater disposal in the ground — a magnitude-2.8 quake in Oklahoma and a magnitude-2.3 quake in England. Both were in 2011.

Later, the Canadian government tied quakes in British Columbia's Horn River Basin between 2009 and 2011 to fracking. Those led to stricter regulations, which news reports indicated had little effect on the pace or volume of drilling.

But for the region encompassing Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, where energy companies have drilled thousands of unconventional gas wells in recent years, it's a first. The Utica Shale lies beneath the better-known Marcellus Shale, which is more easily accessible and is considered one of the world's richest gas reserves.

Glenda Besana-Ostman, a former seismologist with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, confirmed the finding is the first in the area to suggest a connection between the quakes and fracking. A deep-injection wastewater well in the same region of Ohio was found to be the likely cause of a series of quakes in 2012.

Under Ohio's new permit conditions, all new drilling sites within 3 miles of a known fault or seismic activity of 2.0 magnitude or higher will be conditioned on the installation of sensitive seismic-monitoring equipment. Results will be directly available to regulators, Simmers said, so the state isn't reliant on drilling operators providing the data voluntarily.

If seismic activity of 1.0 magnitude or greater is felt, drilling will be paused for evaluation. If a link is found, the operation will be halted.

"While we can never be 100 percent sure that drilling activities are connected to a seismic event, caution dictates that we take these new steps to protect human health, safety and the environment," said James Zehringer, director of Ohio's natural resources department.

Ohio has also imposed an indefinite drilling moratorium at the site of the March quakes. The state is allowing oil and gas extraction to continue at five existing wells at the site.

Such events linked to fracking are "extremely rare," said Shawn Bennett, a spokesman for the industry group Energy In Depth, who described the new rules as safeguards that will prevent similar future quakes in Ohio.

Scientists Scanned A Woman's Brain During An Out-Of-Body Experience — And What They Found Was Amazing.

It may sound like the plot of the Twilight Zone, but a psychology graduate student at the University of Ottawa says she can voluntarily enter an out-of-body experience. This was a lucky break for scientists, who were able to scan her brain during the episode.

Usually out-of-body experiences are a part of, say, a near-death experience. A patient may float above their own body as surgeons work on them. These experiences are usually attributed to the drugs in a patient's system, or the hormones released into their system by trauma.

A unique experience
The study — which only involved this one person — was published Feb. 10 in the journal Frontiers of Human Neuroscience, a peer-reviewed open access publication. The researchers are members of the School Of Psychology at the University of Ottawa.

According to the paper, this woman enters her out-of-body state right before sleeping, visualizing herself from above. She started doing so during naptime in preschool, they write. She currently only does it sometimes.

The researchers wrote in the paper:

She was able to see herself rotating in the air above her body, lying flat, and rolling along with the horizontal plane. She reported sometimes watching herself move from above but remained aware of her unmoving "real" body...

She told the researchers:

I feel myself moving, or, more accurately, can make myself feel as if I am moving. I know perfectly well that I am not actually moving. There is no duality of body and mind when this happens, not really. In fact, I am hyper-sensitive to my body at that point, because I am concentrating so hard on the sensation of moving. I am the one moving – me – my body. For example, if I ‘spin’ for long enough, I get dizzy. I do not see myself above my body. Rather, my whole body has moved up. I feel it as being above where I know it actually is. I usually also picture myself as moving up in my mind’s eye, but the mind is not substantive. It does not move unless the body does.

The brain out of the body
The researchers did a fMRI before and after asking her to enter her out-of-body state to find out what that looked like in the brain. They compared these to when she was imagining, but not actually entering, the state.

Interestingly, the pathway that seemed to be activated during her out-of-body experience is also involved in the mental representation of movements.
