UFO Sighting?

hey guys. 2 month ago i saw something weird. i recorded it with my cam. i'm not sure if it's an UFO or not. but it kinda acted weird. it flew over the city for like 4-5 hours. it moved real slow so i had to fast forward it 4x . anyway. please watch the clips and tell me what you think.

It might be a conventional aircraft but I can not tell for sure

My best guess is a helicopter, although, that doesn't explain why the front spotlight is shining your direction while it's moving across the horizon. At one point, it does look like it turned to go the other direction.
