We will get into a lot of topics. But I'm also going to talk about military topics, as I spent 20+ years in the USAF and another 10 with the DoD.

Attacks, especially political attacks against active duty and retired military personnel have been going on since the Constitutional Army.

I believe Bergdahl is being TRIED by the press and politicians just to get viewers in case of the press, and face time in/on the media by politicians. We should ALWAYS bring our soldiers home, no matter the nature of their service, especially those held captive by our perceived enemies. I've talked to many of my military veteran friends since Bowe's story hit the media.

All the ones who have been in combat were disgusted by what is happening to Bowe, the media attacks. Their reasons are many, but the amount of tours of duty in war zones these soldiers have to undergo is unprecedented since WWII. No one comes back unscathed, as PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, neurosis, depression, extreme anxiety, and major physical disabilities, are just a few mental and physical problems they come home with.

Maybe he did get disenchanted with our policy and the war. When I was in Vietnam (69-71), I'd say well over 90% of us were totally disenchanted with the Vietnam war. That war was a perfect example of reasons not to go to war. We lost well over 50,000 American military kids. The average age of our Army then, was 19-20 and it was the first time that 98% of them had left their home state or been in a foreign country. Politicians love war, so do Generals. They ALWAYS give lip service to the active military, but abandom these young soldiers when they come back with very serious mental and physical injuries. Look at the state of the Veterans Administration. All my health care has come from the VA since 1987.

Approximately 50,000 American servicemen deserted during the Vietnam War. So it is not that unusual. You have to be absent from your unit for over 30 days to be considered AWOL. Bowe Bergdahl, according to the military was captured within 30 minutes after he wandered away from his unit. So the military cannot charge him with desertion. In fact it's hard to think of any major charge they can charge him with.

When he was captured, Bergdahl had less than a year of military service and his official performance record was without blemish! I think he just cracked and was probably manic and depressive.

It's impossible to think that he could somehow even get a fair trial. And as they say, "military music is to music, as military law is to law." I'd take my chances with any US court as opposed to trial in a military kangaroo court.

Bottom line, we should give him the benefit of the doubt. Think of this, if you had a kid in a war zone that did actually desert, would't you want him or her back saftly, not matter what they did?

Also the reason the five Taliban men that were traded were not tried after many years in Gitmo, was we didn't have enough evidence to convict them... If our intelligence agencies have any brains, I hope they placed tracking chips up there arses.

Sgt Bowe Bergdahl: Handover from Taliban to U.S. Special Forces - Backlash!

"While this video is still being reviewed by the Pentagon for authenticity (at the time of this post), a Pentagon spokesperson said it appears the video is indeed that of the handover of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl from the Taliban to members of the United States Special Forces. The video was originally obtained from a Jihadist website. In the video, Bowe seems slightly confused about the event that is taking place. One can see how much he has aged during the five years that he was held captive. One expert estimates that as many as 25 percent of the men who enlisted in the cause of American Independence ultimately deserted.

“We don’t negotiate with terrorists.” But, according, We Very Much Do! hypocrisy at it's finest.

After my last post on Bowe Berdahl's release, I realized the GOP is ignorant or ignoring the history of negotiating with terrorists.
I think it's both. I'm sure cave men, swapped prisoners way back when. It's gone on through out history, even in America.

We essentially gave up the war in Vietnam which freed many thousands of North Vietnamese (Vietcong) prisoners and GAVE UP
the war in order to free our hundreds of American military Prisoners of War. When I was in Vietnam in 69 & 71, every one of us,
from intelligence officers to the grunts on the ground knew we were fighting a losing war.

Like Iraq, Afghanistan, and Vietnam, we should have never started a war with these countries.
We lost these wars after almost 100,000 military personnel were killed in just these three wars.
Was it worth it? HELL NO!

So ALL the past Presidential administrations have negotiated with terrorists and our enemies, to free American solders, as it should be.
Even General George Washington exchanged prisoners during and after the Revolutionary War.

Slate’s Fred Kaplan did a good job taking on that misconception:

“The United States and practically every other nation that’s ever fought a war have made these sorts of exchanges for centuries.
In recent years, American officers have turned over hundreds of detainees to the Afghan government, which in turn freed them in
exchange for favors of one sort or another from the Taliban.

During the Iraq war, American commanders frequently made similar swaps.
The Israeli government (which can’t be considered soft on terror) trades prisoners with Hamas and Hezbollah all the time.
In the most dramatic case, Gilad Shalit, an Army private abducted by Hamas, was traded for 1,027 Palestinian and Arab prisoners,
280 of whom had been serving life sentences for terrorist attacks against Israel.

“The Israelis are particularly devoted to the commandment: Thou shalt not leave one soldier behind. The fate of Shalit was a national cause,

Perhaps the most famous example of the United States negotiating with terrorists was the Iran-Contra affair in which the Reagan administration sold
missiles to Tehran to secure the partial release of seven American hostages held in Lebanon. In fact, it was known at the time as the “arms-for-hostages” deal.

A lesser-known hostage swamp happened in Iraq in 2010 and involved a British civilian named Peter Moore. Moore was kidnapped by Shiite militiamen in 2007
and spent 31 months in captivity. He was released after American authorities agreed to free Qais al-Khazali, a former spokesman for the powerful Shiite
cleric Moqtada al-Sadr. Khazali was implicated in the killing of five American soldiers in Karbala.

In his book, Negotiating with Evil, Mitchel Reiss wrote that America has a detailed history of negotiating with terrorists and rogue regimes that support terrorist activity.

According to Reiss, "American presidents have negotiated with terrorists and rogue regimes to secure the release of hostages, to arrange temporary cease fires and to
explore whether a more permanent truce might be possible."

Here are a few more examples of the U.S. negotiating with terrorists, according to Reiss’ book, as compiled by Politifact:

After the North Koreans captured the U.S.S. Pueblo in 1968, President Lyndon Johnson apologized for spying as part of negotiations to secure the release of 83 American prisoners.
In 1970, President Richard Nixon pressured Israel, Switzerland, West Germany and Britain to release Palestinian prisoners after two airlines were hijacked by the Popular
Front for the Liberation of Palestine.

During the Iran hostage crisis of 1979 to 1981, President Jimmy Carter agreed to unfreeze $8 billion in frozen Iranian assets after more than a year of negotiations with the
Iranian revolutionaries. President Bill Clinton’s administration sat down with Hamas in attempts to negotiate peace with Israel. His administration also worked directly with
the Taliban nearly two decades ago on several occasions to see if the group would hand over Osama bin Laden and other al-Qaida leaders.

Just wanted to add that it has been a pleasure working with Dan and Ed to help document Ed's history and credentials as a former Area 51 Employee.
Ed's definitely not the type to just make stuff up, everything he has told me has checked out and we encourage others to look into the facts which Dan and I will be working hard to gather
and present for all to see over the next few months.

Well 99% of my career reviews and evaluations were rated the highest ratings. If you read the text (Block 1.) it says 'Program Manager.' Please correct.

No it's 'Senior Program Supervisor Specialist. See block 1.
DoD contractors have a lengthy contract with the government. For each contract it spells out which categories can be filled, the highest pay that can be given (to an employee) according to the credentials, education, and experience.

Program Manager and Project Manager are both used to signify the same thing in most cases. The only thing higher than Program Manager is VP, or Site Manager, or Director of Engineering. Most small and many medium sized DoD contractors don't have a Director of Engineering.

In some companies, they only have one Program Manager, and managers below them are Project Managers. At CEA there were several Program Managers and no Project Managers. It all has to do with company structure and what they get in their contract with the DoD or their subordinate agencies.

The first time I worked for CEA, Steve Stenson (ex-AFFTC Edwards AFB Base Commander - Retired Colonel) was the Site Manager and I was Director of Engineering. When I came back USAF Col. Ret. Barry McKean was the site manager and the company had restructured. Also when I came back the Site Manager (Barry) was the defacto 'Director of Engineering.'

Barry Mackean, Col. Sullivan, Gen. John Doran, Gen. George Larson and many other Colonels and above were my friends. I was honored to work for them and they appreciated me and took good care of me. Ed Fouche

I don’t understand why Ed has been moved?? What’s the problem do you realize the amount of Time Ed and I spent posting on this forum and getting it where it is today??

Ed has not quit at all he was just helping a friend so you take away his Special Guest Area ??

This forum at best has 5000 people who 90% of them don’t post anymore!!

1st you let John Lear leave which cost you a ton of viewers now you just lost many more.

Ed has 917 posts in the small amount of time he’s been a Special Guest. Ed registered September 29th of 2010. Ed became a special guest within the week of registering time on here.
No Warning for a man who spent countless hours of his time researching and posting about his past career experiences and much much more than just that!!!

He posted his credentials on here something that no one has ever done ever!! Proving he worked at Area 51 and was who he said he was. Because believe me if he was not who he says he was he would had been eating alive by Lear and Zorgon and all their friends who did FOIAs on him!!

Where are all the new Fouches? What is happening within Black Projects these days that makes it so impossible for the workers/staff/scientists to become whistle blowers? I have a real fear that the control mechanisms have become too strong. Will we ever get another Ed ?

Is DARC the new MJ-12?

Ed and I had been working on research (DARC) Defense Advanced Research Center. We found a Govt organization called DARC. I told Ed that the DARC agencies charter looked like the Reagan MJ-12 Charter in Eds book
Alien Rapture. Ed sent this research to Stanton Friedman,Jim Marrs,Nick Redfern,Mark Hall,Don Waldrop (Ex MUFON Director LA,Ca),Alienscientist and others.

The popular opinion was that Ed and I had stumbled on the new MJ-12 which is a Govt. agency called (DARC) Defense Acquisition Regulation Council, made up of 12 members just like MJ-12. Do your own research and you will find that DARC has the Funds,Power, and Secrecy to do anything the original MJ-12 could do. The following post is our research on DARC.

You obviously dont know much about Ed. He hates Bob Lazar and despises John Lear thats pretty well known maybe Ed would like to comment on this?? I personally am friends with John Lear and I think Bob Lazar was a Patsy set up to leak information out to Lear who infact got George Knapp from TV network News Now in Las Vegas . John Lears a fantastic person I love listening to him talk and be interviewed.

Funny heres a new interview with Lazar and Stanton Friedman instead of calling him a liar like he always has before has changed his tune a bit i wonder why?

I have many "postulations" for this....so I will start simple.

1. I emailed these @$$holes and couldn't get anything...now they go and start talking to the media again???What are they trying to prove...you bet your sweet @$$ I'm going to be sending some e-mails to certain ppl.
2. I've already been over Ed's rants about Lazar...which, (in my opinion) seemed only to harp on what others were already harping on. We can babble about school records and lost documents all we want, but the "fraud" still works under gov contract and runs his own chem shop. 3. It has come to my attention, that certain individuals are giving others special privileges and in fact trolling on their behalf through P.M.ing

Now granted this is dated. But the day after this flight disappeared I sent out about 100 emails to writers, researchers, and investigators, along with government sources, that this was yet Another BS False Flag.

I believe that we used our satellites or AF AWACS systems to take over the flight controls of this plane, and landed it at the DoD base Diego Garcia. Boeing has engineered this 'Take Over' technology on all their aircraft since the year 2000.
Obviously all the passengers are dead. There were triple real time redundant systems on this plane. No way, that our government didn't track it in real time to where it landed! But here’s where it gets even more interesting. The Freescale’s shareholders include the Carlyle Group who’s past advisors have included ex-US president George Bush Sr and former British Prime Minister John Major. Some of the companies previous clients include the construction firm owned by the family of Osama bin Laden, the Saudi Binladin Group.

What makes this claim stand out above all the other theories is the fact that so many highly qualified staff members were on board and if the airliner crashed into the Indian Ocean, as recently reported, then this would validate the claim all the more.

Considering the large passenger jet had flown undetected for six hours, the elites had to be involved because they are the only ones who can accomplish such a task.

My one covering what I talked about (30 years) from 1967-1997 expired before I disclosed in 1998. Others have NOT been declassified and I still can't talk about over half of the stuff I did.

I went to college at nights, whenever I could for twenty years in the Air Force. I tested out and Clep-ed more than a year of college while in the USAF. Received two Associates degrees, and after quite a few years a
BS in Business before I retired. I also received more than 4,000 hours of training, which about half was classified. I was a quick learner and a prolific knowledge seeker. I never made below a 90 on any of the tests,
including promotion tests(WAPS) in 20+ years.

I'm sure this is rare, but in lieu of going to school to get awarded a new and different Air Force Specialty Code, I read the material, took the tests via mail, and was just giving the AFSC without ever attending the school.
This caused a BIG ruckus when I jumped from the F-15 Electronics Counter Measures to the F-16 Cadre, bed-down in Asia. Both the F-111, F-15, and F-16 had three AFSCs. Automatic Test Equipment, Electronic Counter
Measures (Also ECCM) and Manual Test Equipment. I had all three AFSCs for all three aircraft. I have all the documentation still. I think I had about 14 Air Force Specialty Codes. It's unusual to have even two.

I busted my ankle at Jump School after Basic Training (Summer of 67), and was recycled to Keesler AFB for electronics, crypto, and other schools I was at Keesler for over a year.

Before my accident, when I completely severed my aorta off of the top of my heart, I was in 'Project Transition,' as my plans were to get out of the service in late 1973. I was going to work for the FBI and I would work
at night (30 hours a week) while I finished my Bachelors degree. But after the accident my body was really messed up. I had a wife and two little girls, so I reenlisted. Only real choice I had then in 1973.
I had contemplated that after I left the USAF, I would play football while I went back to college. Then the government job came up and I changed my plans. Then the accident happened and I had NO plans. Life... Ha.

Never hacked anything. Worked a lot of intelligence, related to signals, electronics, and other intel. The only software I could program was ATLAS. A military high order language for electronics and Automatic Test
Equipment (ATE) and aircraft. I don't hardly remember basic DOS commands now. That was about 30 years ago. I was on the ground floor of computer controlled Avionics, Satellite Equipment, and Automatic Test
equipment all the way back to around 1969. It was ground breaking tech back then.

I was never a spy. However I did support Spec-ops (Special Operations) more than once (TDY 69 & 71 Vietnam for example) and had a lot of dealings with the NSA, mostly involving encryption equipment and intel crypto
related issues. I do remember intel flights up and down the Ho Chi Min trail, over Vietcong and NVA territory, and getting our plane shot at. One time we lost an engine and the other one was smoking. Crazy s...

I also have fond memories of sitting atop Saigon’s*Caravelle*Hotel*Vietnam getting really smashed with intel officers from several three letter spy agencies and military intel personnel. We'd watch the enemy shoot off
small rockets and mortars at night hitting Bien Hoa AFB. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bien_Hoa_Air_Base A lot of famous photo/journalists and politicians also
stayed there at times. It was the best hotel in Vietnam. And that's not saying a lot compared to today's' standards. But it did have air conditioning and bullet proof glass. Canned Air was rare in Asia, and only colonels
and generals had it in their offices. Vietnam is a horribly hot and humid place almost year round.

I've been a member of a special group for many many years. The group is for former and current Intelligence Officers from many branches of the government and military. If you are military, government,
or history/politics, you will recognize many of our directors and members below. I'll have to remember to ask if I can copy and post my membership card. They do a background check before you can join, then
you have to have credentials that you worked in intel. Otherwise you don't get to read the real good stuff kept from the public. Hope this answered your many questions.

He worked for me for less than two years. He was brilliant, however the only way he could communicate was like sticking a microphone in someones face. Yes, for sure. Many Top Secret Black Programs. Lots of technology 15 to 30 years ahead of what's known to the public. A number of Programs I worked for the USAF or DoD in the late 80s that is still not been declassified.

Yes, In my case I was in fact trained over a twenty years period. You're constantly going to school for new systems, two weeks to several months. Almost all of my training was in state-of-the-art, advanced electronics; such as satellite communications, crypto systems, avionics systems, computers, intel, and electronic's countermeasures systems, etc. After a while, my last ten years, I'd get just an introduction to a system because at that period I was representing the USAF, most major commands, and many times most of the DoD. At my personell reviews, it was never directly stated that I worked on a Top Secret black program. However it does state a number of places in my records I was an expert on say, the ALQ-119 ECM pod jammer, or say, a crypto system... which were classified TS.

For the most part only the top 1 or 2 percent of the experts are in TS Black Programs. My records clearly show all my many many endorsements were from Colonels, Generals, the Secretary of the Air Force, always the highest levels. Several of my medals were signed by the Secretary of the Air Force and twice the President. My training was always the latest state-of-the-art systems or equipment. My assignments reflect the same, like Edwards AFB doing R&D and FOT&E on aerospace weapons systems and Nellis AFB. So I've definitely proven dozens of times, all the requirements for these TS black programs were met by me. I've NEVER seen anyone's non-classified documents stating they were working on a TS Black Program, ever!

For the last eight years of my AF career, as DoD Liaison to the military and Industry, my reviews reflected only one of my fourteen Air Force Specialty Codes. I visited so many defense contractors each year, they couldn't list them all. I sent reports to my two star general, and my reports were forwarded to all the USAF MajComs and many other agencies, including the DoD.

There ARE records of these TS Black Programs and their associated weapon's systems and aerospace systems, but they are classified. Many of these remain classified long after the actual system is declassified. Every fighter and bomber, even the 50 year old B-52 still have Top Secret equipment on them; like satellite communications, crypto, IFF Mode 4, and electronic's counter measures.

However, our data, files, and disks were strewn all over. We had many phone death threats to shut up, and we had unlisted numbers.

At 3.20 he shows the word 'cryptological' as being lighter. Well you guys are probably too young to remember electronic typewriters. Ben Rich and Clarence Kelly Johnson (Lockheed Skunk Wurks) both stated we have the 'technology to take ET home. I never worked on the Black Flying Triangles (TR-3B types) or any other 'One Stage To Orbit aerospace planes.

EdF can answer for himself, but I'd like to say that any person with 20+ years of experience actually wrenching on military aircraft would learn first hand a great deal about aircraft flight characteristics and capabilities.

Regardless of insider information, when a person with that type of experience examines UFO data :ufo: (video or otherwise),
their comparisons/opinions/conjecture hold more value/insight for me than somebody that simply did a Google search for info.

What I disclosed in 1998 was from a period from 1967 to 1997. I am positive that we have much more far advanced space technology in the last 35 years since I last saw the Black Flying Triangle formally known as the TR-3B. My 30 year Non-Disclosure documents expired in 1998.

Some of what I know, have seen, and experienced I still cannot talk about. I have walked a fine line all these years to make sure I didn't Disclose classified information. Lot's of you guys believed Bob Lazar who had ONE fake W-2 to show. He typed in "Department of Naval Intelligence" as employee, and the DNI hasn't existed since WWII.

He made a big deal about the OMB (Office of Management and Budget) number on his W-2 was proof of his being at Groom AB. He actually put MAJ (indicating Majestic 12 - according to him) behind the OMB number. Yet every government document has an OMB number which is simply the Form Number. The EIN number has been looked up since the 90s as the IRS database was and is still available. His EIN is a fake.

I have three decades of documents which show my training & schools (Over 4,000 hours - half classified), high level endorsements from Colonels and Generals, many performance reviews (about 30) which are all marked exceptional, dozens of serious medals and awards, and proof that my whole career was dealing with the military's most advanced and classified aerospace, weapons, and avionics systems.

The top one percent, are selected as cadre for these Top Secret Black Programs. It has to do with Credibility, mine versus others whose whole 'Story' is false and fabricated with NO supporting evidence. AlienScientist Video Supporting Edgar Fouche (me) quite a bit! You must watch before Jeremy Robert Koening Rys takes it down. And he will take it down as he's already taking down five years of him totally supporting me, on his several YouTube channels and his web page. He's trying to attack me still with his newer videos. He's gotten quite predictable by now.

I wonder what Jeremy's family thinks of him as a convicted felon and two times in prison? I knew all this for all the years I knew Jeremy when he told Dan B and myself 'his side' of the story. I also talked to his dad, Rick (RIchard) Rys of 'R2 Contorls' and his sister who I sent money to when Jeremy was in prison the second time. I have all the emails and will gladly post them if challenged on this. I have a self portrait that Jeremy drew of himself when he was in prison the second time, in May 2011.

I also have an email that Jeremy Rys sent me going into great detail about how he would never have gone back to Boston/Mansfield to 'face the music' and finally finishing his Physics degree if it wasn't for me, Edgar Fouche. He said it was his graduation speech.

Now, as you see in his videos since the beginning of this year, he says I duped him and somehow destroyed the Alienscientist Forum. All his videos before this year, the ones he got hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube supported me TOTALLY!

Quasicrystals, metamaterials, gravity tech (sometimes referred to as Anti-gravity, electochromatic coatings and stealth tech, ECCM, the detailed explanation of Top Secret classification(s) and the Magnetic Field Disruptor (MFD) were all the things I spent years educating Jeremy on. Every time I'd explain in detail what I knew about one subject, he'd do a YouTube Video. And make money!

I've never made a dime on any of this ever. The exception is the 25 cents per copy of my book Alien Rapture for five years and the retail price was $18. After that I had Jeremy post it on a Torrent Site for Free. The next year, I posted in on Scribd for free also.

Jeremy admitted that he didn't know anything about quasicrystals, electrochromatic coatings aka stealth tech, the MFD and gravity research before he met me. He even said his MIT physics professor knew nothing about quasicrystals, and little about metamaterials five years ago.

When I first started talking about quasicrystals, it was considered bunk science. Daniel Schectman was outcast and lost his job over it. And the two time Nobel winner, Linus Pauling had called Schectman a 'quasi-scientist.' But in 2012 Schectman won the Nobel Prize for his research in Quasicrystals. It's all in this video supporting me.

Jeremy even stated that what I said about classified technology all came true for the most part, except for the ongoing TS research and development into gravity propulsion and manipulation. I first talked about these subjects in the early 90s and publicly Disclosed in 1998, some 16 years ago.

When I first met Jeremy Rys, on Skype, when he lived in Fort Collins Colorado, where he was hiding out from the Law as he jumped probation from Boston MA, he couldn't wait to get on Skype every night to pick my brain. His public attack on my credibility started after a really bad argument back last November (2013) between Matt, Jeremy and myself. It started because the forum was being destroyed by a troll, spammers, and other attacks. Jeremy told me he didn't give a frick about me or the forum. So I lost my temper.

I brought in all the moderators and two (2 out of three) of the 'Special Guests' (Frank Znidarsic and Jose Escamilla), I posted 4,000 posts and Jeremy indeed didn't give a hoot for the forum as he only posted 40 posts over the years. Jeremy, his videos, the most popular ones about what I talked about, made him money. And unfortunately because he has a felony record, it is unlikely he will ever have a professional career. I've introduced some very brilliant people and military supporters of me, to Jeremy and Dan B.

Jeremy's buddy David Hilton hates me because he lost his job after two weeks recently. He had taken a Cisco Networking course for a Certificate, but he thinks somehow I magically pushed a button or got him fired. Really? I've fallen on my own sword more than a dozen times to protect my almost 1,000 career employees over the years from 1967 to 1997 (39) years.

Ask yourself this, WHY would David Hilton record me many many times without telling me? How would you like it if you had a so-called friend and they recorded all your private conversations for years? So you are tired, irate, ranting, drinking, or even taking pain prescription medications and you are recorded by a government troll, who you thought was a friend. David Hilton and Dan B. (Bigpappy51) set me up and begged me to make a false confession. I don't think Dan B knew what was going on, but he DID SEND Jeremy this attack video of me. Stupid me, I complied. Ha... David keeps sending me Emails, but I just delete them and won't open them as I got a virus warning 'Zone Alarm Suite' from one of his emails. My Zone Alarm pop up said the attached .jpg picture was infected. So see what great lengths these trolls go to, to attack you. Ha...

I've been stupid in my trust with people, or at least internet friends! I'm 66 years old with many serious health problems and will likely die as we all do from our health problems. Then after I'm gone I'll be supported by some percentage of the people and disbelieved by the others.

Jeremy was one of my greatest supporters, and continually promoted my credibility. I've gone through extreme efforts to tell my detailed story, 100,000 of thousands of written and video words and many many documents. I don't care if anyone believes my story. I never faked any documents, or blatantly lied about anything.

I admit I have been defensive and really angry when people call my honorable service to the military and government false or fraudulent. I have gotten angry, like when Jeremy posted on my Facebook that I was having an affair and cheating on my wonderful wife of 20 years. So if I defend myself and my credibility, you have to know both sides of the story. BTW, I deleted my Facebook Page, and I've never done any other Social Media. It's all just a free data collection for the NSA and other intelligence agencies.

I was also attacked for using the word 'RAPTURE' (Alien Rapture) in my book title, by hundreds of so-called Christians. They made ugly attacks, quite un-Christian, against me for selling an 'Antichrist' story. My original book title was 'The Abductors' and it was changed to 'Alien Rapture' by my publisher. The purpose of my book was to reveal how the government/military worked, covered up different programs, and technology. The Aliens in my book, the 'Jexovah' were a vehicle to explain my best hypothesis of what the Aliens might do, which was just my best guess. That is IF they were/are Benevolent!

My 30 year Non-Disclosure documents expired in 1998.

Some of what I know, have seen, and experienced I still cannot talk about. I have walked a fine line all these years to make sure I didn't Disclose classified information. Lot's of you guys believed Bob Lazar who had ONE fake W-2 to show. He typed in "Department of Naval Intelligence" as employee, and the DNI hasn't existed since WWII.

He made a big deal about the OMB (Office of Management and Budget) number on his W-2 was proof of his being at Groom AB. He actually put MAJ (indicating Majestic 12 - according to him) behind the OMB number. Yet every government document has an OMB number which is simply the Form Number. The EIN number has been looked up since the 90s as the IRS database was and is still available. His EIN is a fake.

I have three decades of documents which show my training & schools (Over 4,000 hours - half classified), high level endorsements from Colonels and Generals, many performance reviews (about 30) which are all marked exceptional, dozens of serious medals and awards, and proof that my whole career was dealing with the military's most advanced and classified aerospace, weapons, and avionics systems.

The top one percent, are selected as cadre for these Top Secret Black Programs. It has to do with Credibility, mine versus others whose whole 'Story' is false and fabricated with NO supporting evidence. I must say Edward, all the years I've known you, that the way you wrote/posted this, disappoints me.

Well my post got redacted Ed and the flow it as it not stands does not tie up and correlate all I was asking or pointing out. So that is why it, is what it is. I think someone of your background can understand when things do get "blacked out" omitted and redacted and yet there is further information that was to be conveyed but When one looks at a piece of data in this instance the full jist of the post is not clearly made or stated. You know kinda like what the Media does when it takes interviews and it may be 20 mins long but shortens it to 3 mins and its like that person come away looking totally different then what the full 20 min. interview fleshed out. Anyways Ed, as a friend and a person who also seeks the truth. Isn't it fair of me to ask questions rather to than to just be a Yes man? Does asking question threaten my friendship with you? Ed I don't mean to nit pick here but perhaps you may be mistaken. I do recall myself in grade school in the Early 80s using Mac's and Apple II's. We go to the Library or Computer Lab to learn how to type dos code and to type and run some basic programs. If we had this in grade school, is it not rational to think that the military at least had the same thing at that time or even before?

Yes it is a Nitpick Edward, I was talking about the late 70s. I never once saw an Apple computer in the military or DoD, or any Defense Contractor, from 1967 to 1996. I built a Japple (identical to the Apple II Plus, in every way, in Japan in late 1980. You could buy the case, keyboard and every component. Then all you had to do was solder in all the components to the Motherboard. I think I paid just a few hundred dollars for the kit. I built two, one for myself and one for my female roommate. It had a cassette tape for backup. No hard drives, or floppy drives and only had 48K (48 thousand bytes) of RAM. It was more of a toy that a workable computer.

All the DoD and military, when they did get PCs were all IBM based. It wasn't until the mid 1980s that I saw any IBM PCs at any USAF headquarters, Defense contractor or the NSA or the DIA. Now the intelligence agencies had very advanced computers like the NSA. The NSA had their own factory that produced Very Large Scale Integrated Circuits (VLSI), the 'R' branch produced them for all the intelligence agencies. Although these were primarily at NSA Hq at Fort Meade deep down in the subbasements for the most part, and at the Leper Colony (FANX) facility where I worked occasionally.

The FANX facility was where I got my first email address. Look up DarpaNet, Arpanet, MilNet and all the other military and University email numbers and domain names. The domain names have changed over the years many times as the Private Military Internet evolved into the Public Internet. "National Security Agency Friendship Annex" and when I first talked about this in 98 and after there was NOTHING on the Internet about it. Not until just a few years ago. Everyone said I made it up...

The computers we had were specifically designed to run automated, computer avionics, electronic-countermeasures, and satellite systems. I worked on the latest computer technology in the USAF 20+ years, I was involved from the beginning in the late 60s in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), The TEWS/TITE (Tactical Electronic Warfare System) for the F-15 was very advanced and was awesome.

Ok if you were talking about the 70s, why say 80s? But if you meant the 70s. Then that's all you had to say to clarify about what you had previously misspoken. (We did not have office computers until the late 80s. ) It's all good.

Hi everyone

I have not read all of these threads yet, and I rarely post on forums these days due to the level of what I call "anonymous noise" - which is why I always try to use my real name if possible.

This is just a note to tell you that Edgar Fouche (whom I did that long series of interviews with) has been involved in a car crash which happened yesterday, 28 June. He was driving just 1 mile from his home to the local grocers and a dark coloured pick up truck got too close in his lane and he went off the road and crashed into a tree. His head hit the windscreen and his (newish) car was wrecked. He had a concussion and minor head injuries, along with 2 broken and 2 fractured ribs, but he was able to talk to me on Skype for about 10 minutes before going back to rest.

It's hard to think if he was going to fake all of this with one "altered" document, why not multiple documents? I mean, why just one? If he was going to lead everybody down the wrong path, why the hell would he put his whole career on the line, with one document?
He's never attempted to persuade me to "prop up" this "hoax." Because , I don't believe it's a "hoax." I think he was pissed off at tptb, and decided to give the middle finger to them, and tell his story. Then, all at once, he found out he might live for a while, and fell in love. Oooops! I know he regretted everything at that point, but no turning back.
This persecution of whistleblowers has been very effective. They have succeeded. I wouldn't plan on seeing too many at this point, because, it's just not worth them risking their lives and reputation.

Several of Edgar Fouche’s friends have had the opportunity to delve deeper into the story that is his life. Recently, I had the same opportunity. While I have known Ed for a sizable amount of time, this was the only time that Ed had personally walked me through his life. Accompanying me was a mutual friend, a retired marine, who already knew a great deal about Ed’s life. Though the trip took a large amount of time (2.5 days), the experience was well worth the plane ride.

First, I would like to state my sheer astonishment at the size of Ed’s records. Starting from the beginning of his service in the late 60s, his paper trail marks a clear path to his retirement. Another fact that was amazing, besides his near perfect service record, was the high rating bestowed upon him by his commanding officers. His involvement with the military, government scientists working within DARPA, and an assortment of Defense Contractors also meant for interesting conversations.

Looking at his Detachment 3 Review was also quite interesting. It was dated before the existence (to my knowledge and research, at least) of any form of Photoshop. This then shifted into a discussion about computer technology in that time (1979). He stated that his first store bought PC was a 286 or 386, which was below the Pentium (1 Ghz) PC. There are three Detachment 3 documents; an incomplete draft, a corrected draft with the wrong date, and the final draft which went into his records. All of the Det 3 documents are from the same time period and year. As with all of his records, the documents are old and worn.

Though Ed and I only covered a small portion of his records (compared to the vast volume that he kept from my eyes), the portion that we did cover was extremely extensive concerning his military involvement. I read several hundred documents and paid close attention to the dates, names, ranks, and locations, which all support what I know about Ed and what he has written for the past 15 years. When one looks at Ed’s records, you can easily see that the majority are signed by high-ranking officials within the military. Signatures from Colonels, Generals, Secretaries of the Air Force, and even a few Presidents are easily distinguishable. While I do not condone the banter that has transpired between members of this forum, I must express my opinion regardless. I find it childish that David Hilton (and a few others) are attacking a man with a career as stated above. In my belief, a person needs to experience a playing field before he can attack from it. All of the people attacking Ed are doing so from a lesser playing field. In fact, the majority of the attackers are unemployed with little career experience.

I noticed yesterday that Andrew Johnson's (Richplanet TV) video supporting Ed, had an attacker that has only posted once on YouTube. You never see that unless a person created a new email address and account in order to do so. I would imagine that an attacker could be quite a bit smarter than that, as their opinion wouldn't be taken seriously. The attackers also posted on the same day which leads me to believe that they had organized such an attack. I don't believe that it was by coincidence.

It must be stated that all of Ed’s friends (yes, including myself) were against Ed’s disclosure. I was not against it because I disagreed with Ed. Instead, I feared for his well-being. I want the very best for Ed because he is not only my friend but also my career adviser. I knew that there would be people attacking from dark corners of society. That being said, I will always support Ed.

I am fortunate to call Edgar Fouche a close friend. I would even go as far to say that he is family. He has never asked me to lie to the forum, nor has he ever asked me to post on his behalf. He has, however, asked me for support through his involvement in the Outpost Forum. This post is my support.

Well I went to the link. My thoughts are this. I would think, the injuries Ed said he had would require him to be taken by ambulance, but in the report there is nothing recorded that any of it's services was required. It is left blank. Having a Concussion, two broken ribs and two fractured ribs I would think they(the police or Emt's) would at least require someone to be checked out and admitted(to a hospital) to make sure no further damage or even internal bleeding of the brain or with-in the chest cavity. Yes? I mean if he was ok'd to go home. Geez how would one even sit in the car/truck and be in that much pain. Heck let alone breathe normally with out aggravating said rib injuries.

Why was the identity of the individual who stated that he picked up Edgar from the hospital been omitted? I'd think that would be critical information.

My opinion (and only my opinion) is this. The two of you are embroiled "in stuff" that has more to do with each other and perception than actual fact. Why do I think that? Basically the evidence line is pretty thin (from where I am sitting). The smallest misunderstandings are seemingly tied to the perception of each other "being an agent".

It's a bit amusing that you both seem to think of *each other* as "Agents" of some nefarious plot. It is even more amusing how you all act towards each other. Accusing each other of "things" where the slightest errors or perception twist things.

I have a few ideas that can maybe help regardless of whether he is or is not "an agent".

All we do know is that his paperwork has blemishes. He says it was the result of a dirty drum [paraphrased] in the copier and possibly artifacts in losses incurred in generational copying. David says it's not that but a case of forgery or editing. But lets keep "it" squarely in mind it is only 1 of many supporting documents.

I see David is doing the right thing by asking for a copy of his records [in general] via a FOIA and that specific record [1 document] which David has called into question. [Good work on working that angle David.]

The story of his car accident is interesting. I still see very thin evidence being turned into a bigger issue than it probably should be. I am pretty sure most police officers are not overly thorough when they fill out the paper work. I have noted often that even after an accident has occurred in front of my house, the folks lie even while the officer is busy trying to document evidence that is not derived from eyewitnesses.

So accuracy of this report should be probably relegated to having less strict importance than is being given in this case [personal opinion]. We should instead focus on WHOM can corroborate "the idea" or "a fact" that Edgar Fouche was in the hospital. Did he have visible injuries that could not be replicated [etc.]

Consider this for a second. Lets say Ed is lying. Question, did he actually sustain any injuries? Who can verify he sustained an injury? Are they credible? Is there supporting medical paperwork?

(Note: Why are we asking these sets of questions? Because it involves more and more people outside of Ed's immediate sphere of influence and control. Complexity in creating and sustaining "a lie" creates additional problems.

Why don't we all approach Edgar Fouche within a framework where we don't assume too much. We assume only that IF he is a technical engineer on a specific type of aircraft, then he would be able to answer very obvious questions.

For example, he is supposedly something equivalent to an electronic engineer. Well, he would probably be required to know what kind of temperatures the electrical wiring and cabling [assuming they even still use that] would be exposed to. What kind of frame did the aircraft he worked on have?

Does it have standard or non-standard construction methodologies he would have had to keep in mind when working on or near the aircraft?

If he knew any of that, and assuming anyone here would actually think of asking him "those types" of questions. Perhaps that would elicit some kind of injury? Perhaps not?

In either case, the fact stands that if he actually knew something he claims he did, it would either "check out" if you asked other experts who might actually know if he seems competent on his background knowledge. Or he wouldn't know. It would be the start of a pretty simple litmus test.

Edgar FOuche originally came out with the forum 77-A document and it was about oh I would say 4 months or so after we were on TheOpenMindsForum. He got ahold of me and said you are not going to believe what I found. He sent me a copy of Form 77-A which has mentions Ed was at AFFTC DET3 Nellis Range aka Area51 from June till August. Thats a long time Yet in the video "Riddles of the Sky." Ed claims he was at Area-51 for 10 days straight not TDY from June 1 1979 to August 14 1979.

In the video the Narrator also states that Edgar Fouche can provide no proof he was ever at Area-51. Well if you had your documents with you which you say you showed The Brits all your documents when you were at The IUFOC in 1998 why didnt you show them this document proving you were at Area51? In "The Riddles Of The Sky" documentary you dont talk about your summer at Area-51 you talk about 10 days like I said prior. YOu also don't show them this very very key important document Ed that proves you were at Groom Air Base. I will give you Ed the benefit to explain this discrepancy I am simply pointing out something I don't quite understand or doesn't make sense to me I should say.

I would call that a key point that might need to be turned over a few times to figure out if there is a credible support for the claim of injury.

Depending on the tangent one wants to start with you could verify injury, or disprove several claims behind the accident. Again, I think your being wrapped up a little tight to see the significance of that. Its like your discarding a perfectly good angle for no good reason.

Your initial idea [as communicated] is under the assumption that there is either no accident (and claims of such could be falsified) OR there is an accident but it is from a form of negligence behind the wheel. Hence why you pointed out the veracity of the officers reconstruction in his accident report.

Why not then ask for some form of medical records to prove bodily injury. If that pans out then you'd have to revise your tangent. If not, it will prove that you are in a perfectly good tangent with other pieces of evidence.

Again, I point out that an officer will attempt to reconstruct the evidence of what he sees vs what the "involved" say.

It is perfectly normal (and it's happened before) for an officer to take a best guess as to what happened based on what he can analyze.

It is a hit or miss process with a large margin for error. It is a practice of pragmatism and not of infallibility. (In my view)

That is a perfectly reasonable assertion if you have ever actually seen two individuals fight about what happened when the officer asks them about the car accident.

Concussions can sometimes not manifest their full set of side effects until later. That enters into my mind as a reasonable possibility. Therefore, in my mind, asking Edgar to verify his claim of injury is not outside the realm of the reasonable. Some people do have accidents and later transit to the ER after the fact.

We shouldn't assume we'd know X,Y,Z about this [alleged] accident when we don't have a real basis for a certain assumption.

I looked at the photos posted and it seems physically possible to sustain injuries that he states. Could he have exaggerated some claims, I do not know, but it is worth looking into. Establishing a motive or reason for exaggeration sounds like a good tangent to follow through with. People don't typically do things without a keen reason.

Alright, when was the first time it was brought up? How many individuals have been approached with the questions of Form 77a?

I can understand your tangent (I really do!) but your implying alot of things "in between" lines. The general gist of a motive must have already formed inside of you for there to be a narrative as clear as you've pointed out.

I too found it odd that the "light box" is exactly focused on his specific nature of his assignment. That did raise my eyebrow. Including the segments of the name. Could it have been lifted from a prior document. I don't know. But it remains a possibility.

This is a pretty lame attempt as you playing the detective and medical expert. My friends and family as well as paramedics and hospital personnel saw my head injuries. The guy that picked me up and drove me home late that night from the hospital is a member of this forum. As far as the broken ribs, thousands of football players and other athletes have had multiple broken ribs and color bones and walked off of the field. You look normal when you have broken ribs as they rarely stick out of the chest. It is a very painful injury and other than pain meds and time, that's all they can do for you. In the old days they just wrapped up your chest. But that didn't help much. Ed

As far as the accident. There were NO direct witnesses to the crash, in was in the late afternoon, and I was on no meds at that time that would have altered my ability to drive. Ed

No David, they did not have X-Ray vision and couldn't tell if I had internal injuries. Incapacitating means you are either not coherent or can't function. I was very dazed from knocking out the windshield. Bang your head on your own windshield to prove this point. It was a mild concussion. I defy you to find one doctor who will say you can break a car windshield with your head and NOT have some form of concussion! Ed

He then over corrected the car by swerving back onto the road. He then crossed the road out of control, went through a fence, then struck a tree and an unoccupied house.'

This is absolutely true. A dark colored truck was coming at me and over a foot into my lane. There are NO shoulders on this country road, so in many places, if you go off the road, there are downward slants to the grade on either side.
To avoid hitting the truck head on, I swerved to the right, but felt my car tilting to the right and was afraid I was going to roll the car. I then over-corrected turning my steering wheel all the way to the left. Ed

My estimate is that the truck was doing at least 80 miles per hour in a 60 mph speed zone. He never slowed down and was out of site in a couple of seconds. We've heard recent reports of the highway patrol looking for a dark colored pickup truck driving recklessly and running at least one other person off the road. Ed

Looking at the area in Google Earth and comparing it to the accident sketch, you can clearly see that Edgar Fouche was in fact going downhill.'

As you drive road from Mason to Brady, it is nothing but low rolling hills! So there were hills, lots of hills. That's why the call Central Texas "Hill Country." They didn't mention another vehicle because no one but myself saw it. And he didn't stop and apologize. Ha.. At the point of the accident you can't drive 100 yards without changing from going up a hill or going down a hill. Ed

In fact if you look at page 2 of the accident report at section 36 "Contributing Factors (Investigators Opinion)" you will see what the Sheriff's Deputy had to say about what caused the accident. He uses codes 20, 22, 23, 40, and 41. Referring to page 2 of the code sheet you will see:'
20 - Driver Inattention; 22 - Failed to Control Speed; 23 - Failed to Drive in Single Lane; 40 - Fatigued or Asleep; 41 - Faulty Evasive Action
So what can we conclude about this accident based on the evidence? Edgar Fouche lied when he claimed people tried to murder him to shut him up. Edgar Fouche lied about the involvement of a dark pickup truck. Edgar Fouche lied when he implied that myself or Jeremy Rys were involved in this in any way. Edgar Fouche lied about his injuries.

Failed to Control Speed: That is just shear speculation or opinion. I've had ONE speeding ticket in twenty years.

Failed to Drive in Single Lane: Well duh, you think. Guess had I hit the truck head on, he wouldn't have checked that box.

Fatigued or Asleep: Fatigued and Dazed, YES. You total your car, break out your windshield with your head, and break bones, you will also be dazed and fatigued.

Faulty Evasive Action: If there were no other vehicle coming at me, why would he say I made 'Faulty Evasive Action.' So in the officers mind I made an evasive action for something?

Yes I was paranoid that someone ran me off the road on purpose. Maybe not attempted murder, perhaps just a warning?

The AF Form 77a issue was brought forward 8 days before the accident. To my knowledge no one else has researched it, but it has caused many to question it.

When serious doubt began to arise about the only document which puts him at Area 51 (which is a new document not produced by him until 2011), I think it began to bother him greatly. To me, its within the realm of possibility that this accident, if not deliberate, proved to be a opportune event to deflect questions about the validity of the document. So far, David, it looks like form 77A is the crux of the entire issue. The only thing that supposedly ties him to Area 51. Alot of this seems to revolve around that. If this all goes south, you might want to prepare something convincing that doesn't involve government agents changing the documentation. <sigh>

Ed, I do recall on the days when I was at OMF, you asked me to start up and even be a moderator at the ASF. I didn't charge into running to David's Forum. He asked me if I would like to be a part of it. I said, yes. Just as I said to yes to you to start up Jeremy's Forum(ASF). I post here at TOP and at Maji just as I did when OMF was up and running and ASF was getting started.


Now as to what your are implying with said statement. I am not charging to David's side. I believe David has very valid points that need to be addressed. Again, your Record as a serviceman is not at question its the 77a form. David has found some things that looks to be questionable. I do not need to speak for him. Although with the way the both of you have treated each other. Its not really hard to see how things have spiraled like they have.
