Hello everyone, this is my first post here, after lurking for a few days.
I was born the 18th of December, 1985, currently 28 years old and am not on medication, have no mental issues (that I know of :)), was raised in a caring, old-fashioned family somewhere in Belgium.

There have been experiences in my life, that I feel are outside the realm of perceived reality. There are things I cannot put together and I would like to run them through you guys and would love to hear your thoughts.
What I mostly would like to know, is how to proceed.

I'll try to put them in a chronological order, as far as I can remember them.

1. My earliest memory, is being a toddler, lying in a crib/park. I was in my room, it was dark, I cannot tell if I was dreaming, but the experience felt very much awake.
Something, in the room, I couldn't see from where, called out my name. Very clearly. It was a male voice and it didn't sound or feel malevolent. It was very clearly not the voice of my father or brother, the only male figures. The voice was also right nearby me. What makes it odd, is that I remember this experience, not as a toddler. However, a few years later, I wrote a small mini-story for a school assignment, basing it on this experience. It's something I've carried with me for these 25-some years. I've never felt it was a bad experience, just extremely out-of-the-ordinary.

2. As a child, I had waking terrors, that something patrolled around my bed, at night. It made me feel stifled, terrified and very isolated. It took a lot of strength to cry out for my parents. I could literately hear the shuffling of it's feet, around my bed. Obviously, it would be a tiny being, since it wasn't any higher than my (normal) bed. It never did anything, but that sound is still very clear in my head and it gives me the shakes, even today.

3. I've had many recurring nightmares throughout my childhood. I'm guessing between ages 5 and 10, more or less. Very seldomly (once or twice per year?) the return, but in a different way.
At a young age, the manifested through a normal dream. At some point in the dream, something changed. Like flipping a switch. In this dream, I realize I'm losing my dream to a nightmare setting. I can't really describe the feeling, but it's as if my brain feels electrified, a chill runs down my spine and my senses are on full alert. A feeling of dread and fear. What I'm dreaming at that point, turns into darkness and I get the feeling something is looking for me.
Until one night, I felt the dread coming up again. In the dream, I was in the backyard and it was day. The dread came on and everything switched to a warp, night like setting. The dread sometimes came on with a sound, like that sound I described in point 2, of shuffling feet.
Except of afraid, I was angry. Angry and tired of something invading my dream. So, I grabbed a stick (I kept a Teenage Muntant Ninja Turtles Donatella bo in the backyard. It was just a stick that gave me a lot of splinters, but still :)) and went straight for the source of the sound.
It's appearance was very odd. It was located in my father's work shed, near a table leg of his work table. On the floor, was a metallic, beak-shaped thing, opening and closing it's mouth, consisting of four parts. I smashed it with my stick.
I woke up and never had anything like those dreams before. It was as if I decisively pushed its presence from my "being".

4. Over the course of years, I still had some night terrors, but much less. I often have very vivid dreams, sometimes still have that feeling of dread come upon me, but different. Much less persistant.

5. I've been living with my girlfriend for the past few months, meaning we're sharing the bed daily. It turns out, I talk a LOT in my sleep, sometimes even sitting up, saying something and lying back down to return to sleep. Rarely, my girlfriend tries to calm me down and then I wake up a bit, realizing I'm doing something silly. By then I have forgotten my dream.

6. Very rarely, I experience sleep paralysis. One time, I dreamed that I was suddenly grasped from behind. As if someone stood behind my, wrapped arms around my arms and chest and was holding me, slightly pulling me backwards. I woke up panting, still vividly feeling the pressure. I was out of my normal self for the rest of that day.

7. Two years ago, I had a very mild case of Bell's palsy (partial facial paralysis), went to a neurologist who spotted some lesions in my left brain. I've had a spinal fluid check and the neurologish feared I had Multiple Sclerosis. To this date, however, I've not had any other episode, whatsoever. Not sure if this has anything to do with this. I was under a lot of stress due to work and family, at that time, but don't remember anything out of the ordinay.

8. I've had a few premonition-like dreams, but they were global things, nothing to do with me. One was several years back. In my dream, I went to my bedroom window and saw a very large explosion in the distance. On the news, there were major incidents in Gaza, which spiked another surge of attacks by Israel.
Even more recently, I had a dream I was in some counryside with other people that felt familiar, (but do not know in a waking state). I was surprised to see a caravan of Russian soldiers. How I knew there were Russian, I do not remember. A few days later, the Crimea conflict started brewing.

9. I sometimes get déjÃ*-vu's. Some are vivid, others are abstract. They always throw me off and seem to link back to a dream I've had, sometimes years, to MANY years back. As it goes with déjÃ*-vu's, they go as quickly as they came.

10. I sometimes get an inner ear pressure, followed by a long, fading beep tune. The sound is similar to the inner ear sound you get when you hear a very loud, very sudden sound, nearby, or if you went to a concert and your ears are ringing.
This event passes within a minute, but its accompanied by a very strange sensation. It feels as if I'm displaced outside myself. Not like remote viewing, or anything, it's almost as if I shift outside myself and then back into my perceived reality.

11. Most recently, the lights in our apartment sometimes turn on-and off, at night. This started happening over the past few weeks. Only happens in the living area, mostly when I'm alone, sometimes when my girlfriend is present. Perhaps a technical issue, but I've checked the lights and I can't figure out why this would happen.

12. I sometimes have the feeling something is leeching off of me. I get periods of days where I sleep restlessly, am very tired and slow during the day and feel a bit out of synch. This passes.

I've had someone read me (over the internet) and he noted I had a "strong house in Neptune". I don't know what that means, but he was a bit excited about my reading. He also noted I'm an old soul. Not sure how to interpret that. Here is the chart he generated for me:

(I hope spoiler tags work)

In all honesty, I feel like I'm extra sensitive to these things. I feel like I can do more, pick up more, but I need practice or guidance before I let the bad energy in.

Your thoughts, questions and ideas would be most welcome. Your guidance, advice, suggestions of books to read or what to do, are very welcome. I get a feeling I get lost in all the information here, I try to take it all in, but it's just so diverse, that I can't keep track.

Kind regards,

Atomsk

"Perhaps a technical issue, but I've checked the lights and I can't figure out why this would happen." Have you checked to see that the screw posts on the switches are all tight? I found once that a loose connection caused this kind of defect.

Don't worry, your experiences do not seem much different from mine, I am a bit psychically sensitive, so perhaps you sometimes just are too connected to the other side. Surround yourself, insulate yourself in white light and ask your angles to give you some quiet, it worked for me. Welcome to the forum.

Yes, they're all fine. They're in fact 4 different sets. (living room ceiling, living room wall, kitchen area ceiling, dining room ceiling). They turn off after an hour of two, near midnight, give or take, one of these sets turn off OR turn on (I forgot to mention). Only started a few weeks ago, they never had this behavior. I can turn them on/off right away, without fault.

Thank you for the welcome! I'm not worried (per sé), just very curious :)

I watch a lot of home renovation shows and this problem can be indicative of a wiring issue. I just want you to be safe. If they are all separate then you might have something supernatural at work, but first verify your safety from electrical faults which might lead to a fire hazard.

Hello Atomsk, welcome and thank you for sharing your experiences with us in such a detailed way.

Just from what you told us I would not rule out a medical condition. Bell’s palsy on average usually lasts from 2 weeks to a month and can cause permanent facial nerve damage and in most cases causes pain behind an ear and sometimes the jaw with paralysis usually on one side of the face in various degrees and can cause eye problem and taste problems. By what you write your Dr. has discussed this with you and took all the appropriate neurological tests. Left brain lesions can also cause some tampering with your reality depending on what part of the brain is affected.

Much of what else you report could be related to anxiety which would explain some of your other experiences including your early child hood experiences which you have told us.

I am not implying that this is the case but I would proceed by ruling out medical conditions before I would explore psychic phenomena by talking to your medical health care practitioners to rule out any medical conditions which might explain the circumstances which you are experiencing.

We're renting this apartment, so we're a bit limited in what we can dismantle, here.

For the medical issue, the Bell's palsy I've experienced, lasted about a little less than a week, but was only noticeable when I frowned. Other than that, my facial expression was completely normal. I could "feel" it only when I smiled broadly.

I noticed this at work and was sent to the ER. From my visit to the ER and check-ups months later, I've had:
* A CT-scan of my skull and spine
* Two's MRI for my brain
* A separate MRI for brain and spine
* Several, extensive bloodworks
* Spinal fluid check
* Neural conduction study

All tests, except for the MRI showing the one lesion in my left brain, came back with a clean bill of health. Moreover, my bloodwork was excellent ("healthy as a horse", was mentioned) and my neural conduction study showed I had an above average reaction time for someone my age. To add to that, I've went vegetarian to further better my health (among other reasons, of course). I've had a few neurological follow-ups after that, with no conclusive theory. The only guess is "ADAMS", which is a single, isolated and non-recurring episode of MS. She suggested I came back to the ER as soon I would get another episode, just so they could scan me as soon as possible.

This was two years ago and I've been extra sensitive to tingling, numbness, slower reaction speed, loss of concentration or different sensation of warmth and coldness. I've never had any issues ever since. Never have any head-aches, rarely get sick...

I'd hope I could rule out medical issues, as I feel like I've did everything I could to rule out any permanent health issues?

Hi Atomsk

You're definitely not alone in experiencing weird things like you mentioned. Thanks for sharing. I also have a history of dreams turning dreadful. The way you describe 'the dread coming on' reminds me of some of my dreams. I'm sure a lot of thtose instances involve a dark spirit messing with you while you're sleeping, trying to drain your energy, or just trying to scare you because that's what dark spirits do... Because I'm not that dark or morbid at my core, it's more like I'm being infected with dark energy. The evil ones on the other side are attracted to good soulthat are full of good, positive energy, like moths to a flame. Just try not to resonate with negativity and keep up a positive atmosphere and positive attitude -- that makes a difference in whether you attract more nightmares or negative 'beings'...

It sounds like maybe some beings have contacted you. Ear tones like you describe can often be an alert to a psychic awareness conencting with you, or like your 'spidey-sense' for danger coming. Could maybe be an implant but I'm not sure.

When we go to sleep at night, our energy body can sometimes disconnect from the physical body and go to other dimensions. God knows what we've done that we can't remember in those states.

If you talk to most people they'll call you a lunatic and suggest you take drugs to 'straighten out' your 'disordered' mind. But it could just be that some people are more sensitive to psychic phenomena and have some weird experiences that others can't relate to. More and more people are opening up to the idea of aliens and ghosts, etc...

Question: How was your blood pressure? They say abductees have really low blood pressure. Not saying that you are, I'm just curious. Mine was very low.

I've had someone read me (over the internet) and he noted I had a "strong house in Neptune". I don't know what that means, but he was a bit excited about my reading. He also noted I'm an old soul. Not sure how to interpret that.

Hello,
I'm not into astrology, so can't help with that, but what I did notice, of him (the one who gave the reading) saying that you are an old soul.

This is all my own speculation, but it could mean, that since you might have this older soul than what the average age of people's souls are, this would mean quite much, that you might have a more special meaning to the entities on the other side, so in the spirit realm, believe it or not, I think the age of a soul has a lot of meaning with people's abilities and their thought functions. It means for older souls these higher functions of a soul are more in action, since there has developed higher senses for such.

The body however might not be enough experienced to handle these higher senses of an old or very developed soul, so the body might have a hard time for keeping up with a developed soul's functions, especially since the general going on is quite the contrary what people's souls would need it to be like. So it's difficult to develop in modern world on the level of perception and higher senses, since the surrounding world is quite against such and so the body is influenced from the soul, that requires better and more sensitive body functions, and the surroundings, which is again much less good for these kinds of spiritual development.

So I would try to grasp the meaning for yourself about these odd situations, that you have experienced. There are physical changes and phenomena related to spirit realm, since the body can be affected by the spirits very easily. One can observe one's own thoughts and think, if there is something connected to the outside phenomena and what is taking place in thoughts before, after and at the time of these incidents. So I would concentrate on what is the meaning for oneself about the odd situations, maybe the soul inside knows the reason to such, so connecting to the soul would perhaps be good for you.

It's funny that you mentioned "infected with dark energy", because that's exactly what it feels like. It's as if something tried to invade my dream, by casting a dark shadow over me. It felt as if it was looking for me. I never "saw" anything, it never manifested itself, it just plunged me into a dark, dreary, isolated, scary atmosphere. As a defense mechanism, I think I involuntarily taught myself to wake myself up. Oddly enough, it felt as if there was a conscious me, realizing that I was dreaming. If things got too intense, I am (today, still) able to force myself to wake up. I was living in a very old house, that lived through the first and second world war. Maybe something lingered.

It sounds like maybe some beings have contacted you. Ear tones like you describe can often be an alert to a psychic awareness conencting with you, or like your 'spidey-sense' for danger coming. Could maybe be an implant but I'm not sure.

I've never had anything that felt like a abduction. Then again, I'm sure that if that were the case, it wouldn't be apparent. The people who I have consulted about my left brain lesion, have any idea where it came from. Maybe I should connect those two dots? I'll remain skeptic and stick with the ADAMS conclusion from the neurologist until I know more.

If you talk to most people they'll call you a lunatic and suggest you take drugs to 'straighten out' your 'disordered' mind. But it could just be that some people are more sensitive to psychic phenomena and have some weird experiences that others can't relate to. I consider myself a fairly rational person and so do the people around me, but throughout my life, there's been instances where my life seems to have taken twists and turns where I have been cast in the company of spiritual people.

Question: How was your blood pressure? They say abductees have really low blood pressure. Not saying that you are, I'm just curious. Mine was very low.
Low! I've always had a low blood pressure. Taking a hot shower on a hot, humid day is a no-no for me. Another curiousity:
I don't "suffer" from certain chronic ailments that most people in my family have. On my father's side, most men started balding in their mid-twenties. The males from my father's side also have a problems with stress, high blood pressure and difficult bowels. My family in general, especially close relatives, have suffered from head-aches and in some cases, severe migraines.
I still have a full head of hear, with thick strands of hair, I have low blood pressure and although my job can give me some stress, I don't suffer any health issues from them and the only time I ever get a head-ache, is when I'm really sick. Other than that, never get any head-aches. Literally, never.

You know, it's tempting to consider myself special, I suppose it's an ingrained, human instinct, whereas I'm not at all the kind of personality that likes to stand out. I'd like to believe I'm an old soul, and in a sense, I do feel like I've had past lives. For example, I cannot rest with pressure on the side of my ribcage. It's a specific area, more or less around the floating ribs. I will twist and turn in my bed until I've taken the pressure away on it. It feels like I've suffered a traumatic injury there, in a past life? I also seem to be ingrained with the idea that living a good life, gathering wisdom and being kind to others, is something that pays off in the afterlife.
Kind of like levelling in an RPG game. If you developed certain skillsets, you get to upgrade yourself into your next level. Silly comparison, but it's what I believe in, since a long time.
At the same time, I feel like I have so much to learn and I don't feel like an old soul at all :) Confusing, I know, I'm sorry :)

The body however might not be enough experienced to handle these higher senses of an old or very developed soul, so the body might have a hard time for keeping up with a developed soul's functions, especially since the general going on is quite the contrary what people's souls would need it to be like. So, sit back, relax, observe, listen, contemplate and enjoy the ride?
I can do that! :)

I'm thinking about talking about this with my (hopefully) future in-laws. They're very spiritually oriented and occupy themselves with that on a daily basis.

Sorry about this double post, I've replied earlier, but that post requires a mod's OK. Otherwise, I would edit my previous post.
I forgot to add a strange thing I've experienced, not sure if others have had the same thing happen to them:

I work as an IT consultant, which means I occasionally travel to different customer locations, often big business centers with elevators. Last week, I went to two completely different locations (one in Brussels, one in Antwerp), with two completely different elevators, on two different days (Tuesday and Thursday).

Location 1:
Everything was normal, nothing out of the ordinary happened, I arrived, parked, got out, walked into the building. Called the elevator, got in and immediately pressed the floor button where I was supposed to be (I had been there before). The door remained open for a while, closed and then reopend. By itself. I had not pressed any other buttons, there was no one in, or near the elevator. I was alone in the lobby.
Pressed the button again, door closed and elevator went up.

When leaving, the SAME thing happened going down. I disregarded it as a malfunction with the closing mechanism.

Location 2:
Idem dito, arrived, nothing abnormal, got in, pressed button, door closed and reopened. Same as previous location. This got me a little excited/nervous. Pressed the button again and elevator went up, without a hitch.

For lunch, me and one of the people I was working with, both went out for lunch and we stepped into the elevator. Caught up in my work, I hadn't thought of the situation that morning. I let the customer get in, out of courtesy, got in myself, pressed the button... and it happened again. I watched the man closely, as he frowned and acted surprised, pressed the button again himself and the elevator doors closed and went down.

When returning from lunch, we went by the stairs as all the elevators were in use and when I left that day, the elevator doors did this again.

I could understand that an elevator is out of whack at one location, but to have it happen to me within the timespan of two days, at two very different locations, with completely different elevator brands, build dates, etc. seems like too much of a coincidence. The second location, I had a short ear ringing moment. It caught my attention and threw me off of what I was talking about and focused on it. It then felt a lot weaker and dissipated. Like I caught something red-handed and it aborted. The reason I focused on it, is because I read about it here.

Can't tell from this whether it was alien, ghost, angel, demon, or something else. But since it's your earliest memory, it may have been the beginning of something. Btw, I had a pale face with dark eyes peer over my crib, but the creature didn't say anything, it just terrified me with its ghastly look (like cross an old gum-less lady with a snow owl, add more wrinkles, and make it bald) 4-5 feet tall.

How quickly did it move? Was the shuffling like a zombie shuffle, was there a constant dragging of a tail, could you tell the texture of the foot from it? One night in 2002 this short humanoid figure came up to my door, at first dashing quickly across the grass and then shuffling more carefully over the cement patio up to my door. It was an alien or cryptozoological humanoid for sure.

Not sure if this is a scrambled replay of an actual event that happened long ago, or something that happens in real time while you're sleeping. If the latter, then sounds to me like a ghost, demon, or astral parasite jacking into you to induce a nightmare.

Try recording yourself while sleeping, see if you can decipher the words if you haven't already. There's something under the threshold of consciousness, or some entity in the background, that seems to be affecting your dreams. Remembering or recording or both may help you decipher it.

Seems like a pure scare tactic, which to me points to a negative entity / energy feeder / parasite rather than alien beings. Matches with the other dreams about a sudden darkness coming over.

Question of what came first. I doubt everything you described above is caused solely by this lesion. For all we know, the lesion was caused by either alien procedures or entities screwing with your subtle energy fields (causing tears, leaks, damage, which can have physical effects over the long term). My left ear is missing hearing around a certain high frequency due to this.

That's a useful skill to have. I had dreams about the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. If you have any further ones, then if you'd like, post them here - http://www.nationaldreamcenter.com/dreamdb/ - to help keep track and correlate them with what other people are dreaming.

9. I sometimes get déjÃ*-vu's. Some are vivid, others are abstract. They always throw me off and seem to link back to a dream I've had, sometimes years, to MANY years back. As it goes with déjÃ*-vu's, they go as quickly as they came.

I know that feeling. Mine only happen a short time before some improbable obstacle occurs, as if some timeline edit just occurred and I was experiencing an artifact of that.

Ok sort of like this (http://montalk.net/eartone.mp3) or this (http://montalk.net/eartone_high.mp3), right? Fore theorizes this is due to a blood-flow shift in your inner ear brought on by a psychic entity inducing a distortion in the nonphysical fields of your ear/head region. What entity, well that depends. I've never had a human be able to induce one in me, to my knowledge. Alien for sure, but also possibly demons, maybe ghosts, and other nonphysical beings who have psychic powers. For example if I'm not careful and think about certain aliens, I ping them unintentionally and a few times they've pinged back and I get an ear ringing like that. I get mine when something interesting is happening or coming up that they want to tune into. Not sure if they're scanning my state and probable futures or what. I've also had dreams that I noticed were under the control of some entity, and in realizing this I hone in on them like an angry bee and in connecting with them, and they responding back I've gotten an ear ringing from that too.

12. I sometimes have the feeling something is leeching off of me. I get periods of days where I sleep restlessly, am very tired and slow during the day and feel a bit out of synch. This passes.

Not sure if it's just a negative entity feeding off you, or some abduction/visitation event. Both can leave a feeling of being drained, detached, not fully grounded. Also if you start getting too ungrounded and spacey too often, be careful with that vegetarian diet because it's anything but grounding.

I've had someone read me (over the internet) and he noted I had a "strong house in Neptune". I don't know what that means, but he was a bit excited about my reading.

Can Astrology validate the paranormal? Forensic Astrology is a fascinating branch of astrology that deals in specialized detective work. The topics range from criminal investigation including ongoing and unsolved cases, to paranormal probes including hauntings and things such as alien abductions, to queries regarding specific cases involving Quantum physics such as time travel.

[...]The next item is to look for an emphasis on the 1st and 7th houses basically representing the self and others or "me and them" by either heavy planetary load and/or aspects made to those house cusps. This always seems to show up prominently in cases of alien abduction. The Occult house 4, 8, and 12 are discerned in the same manner. Since the planet Neptune represents intangibles, it too garners a close examination. Depending on the specifics of an event some of the other planets represent other possibilitis. For example, if poltergeist activity is suspected one would look for an active Mars and for evil or demonic entities an active Pluto.

Your Neptune is in the 1st house, for what it's worth.

All through my life, as far as I can recall, as far as I know, I've never been visited or nothing has ever shown it's face.

Slow, but no zombie shuffle. A slow, but direct stride. My bedroom had floor carpet at the time, and it sounded like it was bipedal and didn't lift its feet. However, it didn't walk 1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2. It walked 1-2...1-2...1-2... Wasn't rythmic either. The sound is still frightfully embedded in my memories.

It may sound silly, but image a teddy bear, striding over carpet. Size-wise and way of walking, it seems alike.

Not sure if this is a scrambled replay of an actual event that happened long ago, or something that happens in real time while you're sleeping. If the latter, then sounds to me like a ghost, demon, or astral parasite jacking into you to induce a nightmare.
Those nightmares, are what stick out the most from my experiences, especially when ending them. That dream, I had it possibly 18 years ago. Whatever's ass I kicked, it wasn't coming back for more.

Try recording yourself while sleeping, see if you can decipher the words if you haven't already. There's something under the threshold of consciousness, or some entity in the background, that seems to be affecting your dreams. Remembering or recording or both may help you decipher it.

OK! I'll also try to keep a dream diary. I was talking about it to my girlfriend and apparently, a few nights ago, she was woken up because I raised my hand up, in my sleep. I have no recollection, whatsoever. This may sound too cliché, but last week, she was woken up by me, saying "it's above me". She was barely awake, didn't make sense of it and usually quells these things by hugging me, putting her hand on me to reassure me, etc.

Seems like a pure scare tactic, which to me points to a negative entity / energy feeder / parasite rather than alien beings. Matches with the other dreams about a sudden darkness coming over.
Have you ever played or watched Silent Hill? The nightmare dread comes on a lot like this:

Question of what came first. I doubt everything you described above is caused solely by this lesion. For all we know, the lesion was caused by either alien procedures or entities screwing with your subtle energy fields (causing tears, leaks, damage, which can have physical effects over the long term). My left ear is missing hearing around a certain high frequency due to this.
How to protect myself against this?

I only remember three. I described the two above and one I haven't been able to place yet. I was at my old workplace, with a colleague that is dear to me. Suddenly it felt as if the Earth stopped spinning or a nuclear blast evaporated everything. I remember turning towards floor, not falling, mind you, it felt as if something pitched us sideways and right after that, as if something turned off sound, vision and everything else.

Like mentioned before, my dreams tend to get intense and I don't seem to remember anything. I'll keep a dream diary, should anything pop up, I'll submit a dream there. Thanks.

I've never linked a déjÃ*-vu to a life event (yet), because I've simply always disregarded them. I'll keep track of it.

It's scary alike. Especially the first audio sample. I don't remember them in-dream, but now that I think of it, I've been keeping track of them the last two weeks and they've occurred two or three times now, always at work. Which is odd, because at that time, I'm really focused at work itself. They always come in a different intensity and along with that "shift", I've talked about. The ear ringing is strange, but that shift, it's stranger. I could best compare it with being stirred awake after a really deep nap. That short moment where you're not really sure what reality is? It could even affect my balance, a bit.

I'll take heed, but I've only felt better going vegetarian.

Forgive me, I still don't know what that means :) I'm going to get a personal reading and see what happens.

Hey, thanks so much for taking your time and the elaborate answer. I really appreciate it!

I would only recommend vegetarianism as a temporary thing. I was vegan for 6 years and I've delved into a lot of the vegan/vegetarian concepts and ways of thinking. I know where it leads and why people do it, I can understand completely. But it is ungrounding and dangerous long-term. I personally think it's part of the new world religion that the New World Order propagandists want us to adopt. Low protein makes us weak, docile and easily influenced. The lack of animal fats leads to a deterioration of fatty tissues in the brain. That's why vegetarians are often spaced out and a little skewed in the head. Check out www.letthemeatmeat.com to see what ex-vegans have to say about it. For me, it mattered much more hearing the opinions of people who actually were vegan, than those who never bothered to try.

Sometimes I wonder if my vegan diet was to purify my genetic material to be used by aliens. I wonder if they influenced me to eat that way...
