Hi Uncle John,

Long time no see!

Welcome aboard.

Yes, we all love a good dirty story, and it's very tempting to tell it...

But then again, what purpose would it serve?

Things got messy and very unpleasant, so we decided to make a clean break and start with a clean slate.

That's more fun - and ultimately far more rewarding - than a mud slinging contest.

Going into the sordid details would just end up being a constant distraction.

I am a novelist, though sometimes question that... Writing is a primary outlet to sort through it all... Have seen a UFO close enough to throw a rock at... Will post more in other threads as time permits...

Thanks for the invite to the new site and forms,

Hi DaraSD. Thanks for signing up!

I'm looking forward to your participation here, too.

Some decades ago, my sister and her husband both lectured at UCSD for a semester as guest professors, and lived in La Jolla at the time.
I visited them over the Christmas holidays, and still have fond memories of that trip. We ended up doing a 3 week road trip.

I'm wolfhunter, tho I've never killed an animal on purpose, it's a gamer name.
I joined OMF 3 or 4 years ago I believe, and lost interest a year or so later.

I enjoyed the convos on there. I was attracted when the Serpo drone thing was the hot topic. More I got involved, more I felt I needed to be a part of things. Thank or blame saladfingers for my introduction.

As you can see, like you, we haven't given up on Ufology yet, and are starting anew with a clean slate. ;)

Hi to everyone. I am a past member of OM, ATS and BFRO forums. My interest run the full gambit from UFO's, the Paranormal to Bigfoot. I have had personal experiences with both Bigfoot and ghosts, but I have yet to actually see a UFO. I was a skeptic until my eyes were opened in a big way to the unexplained. Now I am a seeker of the truth. My avatar and handle are Native American to represent my heritage. My handle..Redbone simply means one who is of mixed blood, in my case I am part Cherokee. My Avatar is a Cherokee Eagle Dancer. The Eagle is highly respected among Native Americans and is a powerful symbol. The Cherokee Eagle Dance was performed for a number of occasions, one being for War, but the other was as a way to greet other tribes and to unite their strength and spirit.

Hello... I was very new to OM forum & never actually posted there! so now I hear the majority of mods quit & set up this place... but don't want to talk about what led to that which I can understand (but I'm out the loop).
So my question is why should I join in here? & not there? (OM)

My usual issue at these type of sites is closed minded people (yes even at a place called open minds) who absolutely 100% know its all down to Aliens or ruling elite or interdimensional entities... etc etc
sprinkle some maybe logic on any of these issues & open your mind to understand none of us knows anything 100%

Okay regarding OMF. Two dudes get into an argument. The FIRST DUDE has created and nurtured OMF and has many loving and respectful supporters.

The other second dude only owns the Proboards account. So the second dude who has long been absent and uninformed and disconnected to OMF comes back and starts deleting posts and banning (Firing) members, mods, and admin.

So the beloved first dude who has a massive following and very dedicated knights waiting to follow him await his benevolent guidance.

The FIRST DUDE (My best friend) decides their knowledge, mission, credibility, and goals are far above this psychopathic destructive action by the malevolent 'second dude.' The benevolent first dude decides that the 'Truth' and the open sharing of knowledge is the only goal and the first dude starts a new Forum called 'The Outpost' (TOP) forum.

If you are a former OMF follower or member, know this, the First Dude, Chris (IVO) is my best friend and I will always support him. You are at the right place to start something new and bigger and better. This is above and beyond the censorship and weirdness of the old OMD.

good day all !
thank you for the invite, I'm sitting here thinking I should have just signed up with my om name, however I kinda wanted to get rid of it. neverwas feels like a fresh start, instead of vectorian.
I'm looking forward to a new start here, probably won't post much, but I do want to keep a watch on what's happening.
Seems like this forum can be a place where a lot of weeds can be left behind.:)
I'm speaking of old and useless posts.

There are some interesting nuggets in there...I'd hate for Dan to lose that almost 4 years of posting

When I originally signed up at OMF there was a smart and interesting crowd there,
[QUOTE] i think you and i must have been reading different OMs in that case. All the 'smart and interesting' posters there had already been banned by that time. And while it's true that Jeddy and the Murnut somehow managed to hang in (and elevate the collective IQ) their days were already numbered. I think this thread, the Borg Thread, was instrumental in the deconstruction of the cult and I'm proud of that. But the seeds of the downfall had been planted much earlier and it was a long on ramp to dissolution. Resistance to the Borg dates to 2006, the Serpo days, and was owing to the likes of Shawnna Connolly, Ryan Dube, Steve Broudbent, the CartoonSyndicate and several others. One would have thought that the RU exposee of Serpo would have driven a stake through the heart of this pernicious gaggle of hoaxters and snake oil salesmen- but that, by itself, was to prove not to be the case. The ******** continued, year after year, and to this very day. And be aware of this: Those mods who recently mutinied were as responsible for this unrelenting assault on reason and truth as was their leader, Bren Burton.[QUOTE]

Toon,

We have chosen to move on from the past and not rehash five years of opinions and any arguments centered on whose opinion is better. This isn't Amkon, RU or OM. We are not here to trash any of those places. We are here to move forward. You can constructively join us in this journey.

Chris is right...there is no point in rehashing past history....what's done is done. Nobody is perfect. Everybody makes mistakes.

I'm not saying forget or forgive, but let's just more forward rather than reliving the past.

I don't want to point blame or fingers about drones or serpo or source A...what exactly is that going to solve?

I haven't forgotten, or forgiven....but I don't hate either.

I have poked fun and had some laughs at OM's expense...but I'm willing to see and give this place a chance.

You should too Toon.

You really do have an extensive knowledge of ufology that if channeled constructively and somewhat politely....would be of great benefit to folks here.

One time I saw a beam of light come down from what seemed like a star, on me and my brother and then that same star took off real quick faster and further than any ship we would know of (Southern ON. - about 10 -12 years ago). Of course my brother doesn't remember that incident, he only remembers seeing red lightning that night ... which I don't remember at all.

The other was when I was a teen a green comet passed over my head as I waiting for the bus (Ottawa ON. about 20 years ago). My buddy who was with me doesn't remember this (Even recently after the event and we both looked and marvelled at it). The funny thing was at that moment I was approached by a lady who claimed to be with an astronomical society, who wanted to confirm what we saw. I just thought that the timing was interesting that she happen to be their as we see a comet at the bus stop.

I also had one incident of lost time while driving a car with a female acquaintance. What struck me most about the lost time incident was the cerebreal lead up to it. Everything seemed to be pointing up - the road signs, the bridge, everything, and then the next thing I remember we were about 25 KMS off course on the other side of fort erie.

Again only interesting things that are - PROBABLY just fantasy more than real or related to UFO's but ... it is still what makes me interested in the subject. Their are other incidents that make me interested but these three stand out the most. Thanks for asking and providing a forum to answer.

Hi Justin / VKTD,

Thanks for sharing your experiences.

And, yes, experiences like that are what puts people on this path.

Did you ever consider trying to find out what happened during that missing time episode?

VKTD
12-24-2011, 04:06 AM
I didn't try to overtly find out what happenned. It was probably not ET related, but of course when I hear about lost time that is ET related I instinctively relate to it and figure this is intreresting enough and read or watch some more. I wouldn't be a good candidate for hypnosis or anything because my mind would probably fill in the blanks with fantasy and I've read too much on the subject.

Doc
12-24-2011, 04:41 AM
It sounds like an interesting story. I had a missing time experience while traveling in Connecticut a long time ago. At the time I thought it was probably Highway Hypnosis but I always have wondered what that was actually all about.

Though some here may have heard about this before in a couple other places , there are updates to be made and memories still unfolding.

I have also recently witnessed a disappearing triangle, 2 orange orbs during the Oct. 2011 ufo Missouri "flap" , and several years ago 2 of us saw a mind blowing ufo in the constellation of Perseus. I look forward to sharing these and more in the near future . :ufo:

Hello everyone!

I was not a member of OMF, just a sporadic reader, and Garuda (for whom I have High Respect) showed me the way to TOP.

I'm the founder and head of Exopolitics Portugal (http://www.exopoliticsportugal.org), having organized in May 2011 the European Exopolitical Meeting in Porto (Portugal), with the participations of Paola Harris, Renato Longato, Robert Fleischer (Exo.-Germany), Frederik Uldal (Exo.-Denmark), Pepón Jover and Adriá Garcia (Exo.-Spain), David Griffin (Exo.-UK) and Olli Pajula (Exo.-Finland).

Since then we have been working on reviving the European Movement (http://www.exopoliticseurope.eu).

I do remember some people from other places (Luminari, Dragonfly?)

It's a pleasure to be here. Although don't expect me to be a regular contributor as my time, right now, is a little tight.

Cheers

Hi everyone,

Montalk's Gnosis articles led me to Fore's alien encounters thread on OMF and from there I set out to read as much as I could there (well, until it went down, that is. Btw, that thread is now available here (http://montalk.net/fore.zip)) In terms of experience I am a ufology and truthseeking noob and probably have a lot of essential literature to read. In contrast to GMan, though, I have seen UFOs but that is all.
Knowing that ETs are habitual liars for a lot of reasons, I am most interested in making a coherent synthesis of knowledge disclosed by contactees, abductees (preferably if they're genuine), much like what Pontificator is doing now.

(wow, that's a lot of I's)

Nice new place you have here! I've been interested in the UFO phenomenon since my first sighting at nine years of age. Thanks to everyone for sharing their thoughts, talents and experiences.

Welcome to The Outpost U.N.C.L.E.,

We are always up for hearing about sightings. Find a thread and share the details.

Interesting handle, were you a "Man From U.N.C.L.E." fan back in the day?

Thanks calikid, My sighting was in the 60's much like the "Tulsa UFO" from the that period. Yes, I was a big fan of "Man From U.N.C.L.E.".

Nice, I always thought Robert Vaughn as Solo was the American James Bond.
Something of a Brad Pitt sex symbol of his day.

Pretty fun to watch illya Kuryakin acting on NCIS these days. :)

Have you had any sightings since the 1960s?

Welcome, U.N.C.L.E. I hope you have a good time here.

Adding to what Calikid said: Ilya Kuryakin used to get thousands of fan letters a week and for a brief time was the most famous person wherever in the world they had television. He has a great gig at NCIS now. It is the kind of job for an older actor where he gets to shine, is paid well, doesn't have too work hard and everyone loves him. Each morning he wakes up and says, "Thank you, God, for this wonderful gig!" :biggrin2:

Hello Everyone! I have been one of the lurkers on OMF for some time. Its good to see things will continue on over here. I may not post a whole lot, maybe not at all but I wanted to say thank you to all of you for sharing.

I have had experiences with sightings and visits since childhood. At one time I kept a journal of the things going on and the memories but out of frustration of trying to sort through it all I tossed it out. The memories are still with me, not as clear as when they first happened and yet others as clear as if it were happening this morning. My husband, son and daughter also have seen ufo's and had their own experiences. So I do have a question about this.

How many others have had their family effected(?) or intertwined by either sightings or visits or other situations? I have not had time yet to read through all the posts, so this may be in another section. If so can someone point me to it, Thanks.

Thanks so much for being here ya'll!!

Hi Tabbori. Welcome aboard, and thanks for sharing. Feel free to share more if you feel comfortable enough to do so.

That's an interesting question. It hasn't been addressed before on the forum, so it may be a good idea to start a poll about it.

I know from my investigations into the abduction phenomenon that it often is a family matter, and that typically there are several members of a household who have experiences, though not all who have experiences may remember them.

Almost everyone I have spoken with about this has told me that family members ARE involved, and sometimes simultaneously.

Thanks Garuda and Chris.

After watching the Karla Turner videos yesterday, I felt a bit silly for asking. Then again not, because I do want to know if others here posting may have had these things happening within their family too.

Hi Tabbori and welcome to The OutPost. In one of my encounters in the 1970s, I watched my mother being taken. I saw her being floated down the stairs in the apartment building where we lived. You can read about it here in My Encounters (http://www.theoutpostforum.com/tof/showthread.php?22-My-Encounters). And, in the mid 1980s, my mother was with me when we saw a triangular shaped ufo over the northwest Bronx in New York City.

I wouldn't feel silly about that. There is so much information and history in the literature that no one can know everything. Any question is open and welcome. We know we have people of all ages and many levels of experience among our members and our visitors. Everybody has to start somewhere and nobody has to feel bad about where they are on the path. We still travel in the same direction. What interests you may turn out to interest a lot of us.

Chris

And you will discover that you are not alone with your experiences. Estimates range into the millions for the number of people who have had what may be broadly referred to as "experiences".

By sharing you will not only be helping yourself but also other people who may be reluctant to open and share.

Hi, I'm new here, and hope to share some of my experiences re the UFO phenomena, sightings, abductions and so forth.

I have only really gotten onto UFOs in the last couple of years, with Richplanet, Tim Good etc, before then I was living in a state of denial. Cognative dissonance, can't beat it :das

Hi,

I too am new here.. duh :)

You guys probably heard this a billion times by now but :

I came here after having stumbled upon the SERPO site, which I found at the bottom of some reddit thread.
I couldn't see while waiting for activation that the serpo topic to which the site points, is closed.

Is that topic still being discussed on this forum? (i used the search function, but no dice).
I'm trying to follow the debunking tail to satisfy my own curiosity, but that just leads to the article on realityuncovered.com about it (http://www.realityuncovered.net/ufology/articles/serpo/); which ends with

Coming next, Part Two - The Fake Anonymous Episode

I suppose the best proof that it didn't come from Anon is that 90's article in Focus magazine (http://www.ufoconspiracy.com/reports/zetareticuli_star_sys.htm).
However, imho that doesn't persé disprove the whole thing.

Could somebody tell me where it's still being discussed or if you want enlighten me immediately about the current status of the whole story, this many years later :)

Thank you

That thread is actually the one to which the serpo.org site points and the one I was referring to as being closed.
However, thank you for pointing me back towards it.

I've read it completely and I understand that everybody agrees that it's a hoax; however i'm wondering why..

From what I understand, the best evidence that it's fake is the investigation by shawnna, which backtracks the whole thing to a number of people (doty/green). Then the investigation stops there; or I don't get their point.

Us outsiders have no idea who doty and green are and why this proves anything.

I will not open a new thread for this, because the other one was closed for good reason. I do however remain equally confused about the whole SERPO deal.
But i suppose the lack of recent updates is proof too.

Also, I had no idea up to now that Bill Ryan is behind Project Camelot .. I don't know what to think of that yet..

For now i'll let it go and be glad that I found this place thx to Serpo. I will try to be a constructive member.
We'll just wait and see if in the years to come we'll get mainstream news about "unusual activity" coming from zeta reticuli :p

Bam
03-27-2012, 03:47 PM
Hey Folks !! My name is Bam and I'm a 51 yr old resident of Apache Junction, Arizona. My house sits about a mile from the base of the Superstition Mountains, and for those of you who are not familiar with my neck of the woods, the Super. Mts. are well known for heavy UFO activity. 7 yrs ago I was drawn to this area for reasons un-known, in fact I left Detroit, Michigan over 2,000 miles away to live here in the desert, and I hate 120 degree heat. My wife & I moved here for economic reasons, but once we arrived we knew we had to live next to this Mt.. Anyways, I am not a believer, I'm a KNOWER !! I have had abduction experiances thru-out my lifetime, I have the ability to see the dead, I feel energy, practice Metaphysics and I believe we all have Psychic Abilitys. I have studied much about UFO's, believe Project Serpo is real, and I believe we are all hybrids because ET's did alter our DNA many, many years ago changing Primitive Humans to what we are today. When you take the time to explore religions, read the Bible & Koran, everything begins to have a comman thread and ET intervention is that thread. We are beings of energy having a 3 dimensional, human experiance and energy cannot be destroyed. When we die, or cross over as I like to put it, I believe our energy simply crosses into another dimension and the next world is the REAL world. We are now living in a fantastic world of lesson learning, and our world I believe is fascinating to many races of ET for their worlds are not as diverse as ours. I was at one time a very confused man, did alot of drugs, drank like a fish, belonged to a motorcycle club, raised Hell and was always in a fight. When I learned & accepted who and what I am, my world became much, much more peaceful, things began to make sence for me and I desired a better life for myself. That was 12 yrs ago, I don't profess to have all the answers, I believe that this is a journey that we are all taking, and it's a life long journey, but I do understand myself better thru understanding, acceptance & humility. We are all children of GOD, but who is GOD ? The Atom? The ET's ? Christ ? We probably may never know till we cross over to the next world, but I believe that ET's, UFO's, Alternate Dimensions, Metaphysics & Psychic Ability all go hand in hand. But, that's my belief ! What's Yours ? Thanxs for taking the time to read my ramblings, I hope to spend some quality time learning and sharing on this site with other people who have the same, or similiar beliefs. If you believe or have seen a UFO and are afraid to tell folks for fear of ridicule, contact MUFON or join a UFO Group in your area. You'll be surprised to find out how many people believe or have had an experiance. The American Government has been active in the UFO Science for decades, as well as many other nations. The proof is in the pudding, just seek and you will find as the saying goes. Best To All !! Bam

Welcome, Bam! Believe it or not I used to live in Apache Junction. Back then every other license plate was from Michigan. I spent a lot of time in the Superstitions. I even went searching for the Lost Dutchman. Do they still do firefalls off the Mountain? I could tell stories about Apache Junction for hours!

Hello everyone. Here is my short intro:
I am an ET Experiencer / Contactee.
My visitations started at age 5. In 1986-Myself, and several friends were taken up into a ship, and yet I have no evidence. I only have half a town as witness to the ufo sighting from a long distance, and 10 + hours of missing time and some real time flashbacks, followed by a hypnosis regression revealing reptilian and grey contact, hybrid daughter and a complex layered equation.

Howdy folks. I've browsed the forum off and on for quite some time now, and during the course of lurking would feel the occasional "tug" to participate in a few of the discussions that take place in various threads. I decided to step out from the gloom and register so that the next time this happens, I'll be prepared!

Not much to say about myself, really: I'm a college student (computer science is my major), and an enthusiast of the strange. I like coffee, and can be grumpy without it. :)

Good morning / afternoon / evening / night to everyone,

I am Nymblys, new member from today. I still have that ''new car scent''!

I'm a guy who's always been interested in UFOs, EBEs, Space and all things alike but very few people of my entourage ''believe'' or could maintain a decent conversation on the topic. (I'm kind of the nut job for them, whenever ETs / UFOs are mentioned, friends will turn to me with a smile and go: ''That's right up your alley isn't it Nym?''. So to me, a place like this, with people discussing these topics openly without judgement will make me feel... Not out of place? I guess that's one way to put it.

I'm a very open minded person, respect everyone's opinion as I believe that everyone's opinion is just as valid as mine. I might not agree with it, but that's why I like opinions. They're free and everyone is entitled to one. (Except in certain countries but let's not go there... no pun intended.)

I unfortunately do not have any first hand experience but I am enjoying the ones I am reading.

Can't think of anything else right now, so thank you again for the membership and looking forward to exchanging with all of you!

Regards,

- Nymblys

Can't think of anything else right now, so thank you again for the membership and looking forward to exchanging with all of you!

Regards,

- Nymblys

Guys - I have not been lurking. I forgot my thread access since joining, but woz kindly reminded by epo333 about activities here - so I am back and trust I can make some contributions here. I have been on a loooong journey looking deeply into the Arcane knowledge and studying ancient history as far and wide as I could find. Purpose is to find the original Irish roots I came from with 16 generations so far pinned.

Presently studying Radical Psychology and I am a great fan of the Great Work to personal enlightenment and ascension (inner) of Consciousness.

Welcome back.

"Radical Psychology"? Sounds interesting.
Any books/authors on the topic you can share with us?

Hello from New Zealand

I've been lurking in the background reading up on everything in search of explanations for my own experiences but thought I'd join.

Looking forward to learning more and hopefully one day getting an aha feeling for what I'm only now starting to make sense of... sort of.

Actually just looking for a common thread/connection to my various experiences with witnessing shadow figures, seeing spiders in my room that simply disappear as soon as I see them (and I know they know), levitation experiences whilst awake (as a child), and experiences with what I believe was astral travelling (involuntary).

I'm having a tough time making sense of it all and will start sharing my experiences hoping that others will shed some light or share their own experiences.

Outpost forum is awesome.

😀

Welcome to the Outpost Forum, S33k3r. If you haven't already, I suggest you look through our Sanctuary board. Many have posted their experiences there. You might find something that seems familiar.

hi. i was a member of OMF back in the day. had a decent thread in the encounters section and posted in many other topics. signed up here a while ago but never posted or really even read anything. yesterday/last night i got the urge to revisit some of the old forums i used to frequent, so here i am.

edit to add; i just noticed it says i've made 7 posts, so i must have posted something somewhere.
