Post reports here of odd or unusual events reported in mainstream media that get your attention. It may be hard to find a category for them or they may "fall through the cracks" of topics or by not one of our usual topics.

As 2014 went by I/we noticed more and more mainstream media (MSM)outlets were picking up Ufology and Strange reports. A couple of the media giants have seemingly devoted staff to covering these stories regularly for the first time. There is a rumor in the back channels and smaller email lists that this is related to Disclosure Lite. Who knows for sure? With so many reports about real, government and industrial drones flying around our skies, it would not be unreasonable to expect that reports of "things in the sky" would increase or get a "second look". And here we go:

Several neighbors living off Alderpointe Street near Panama and Gosford in southwest Bakersfield say they first witnessed a mysterious blue light in the sky back in February, and again in March. Both times they saw it on the 14th.

Eerie footage of a strange, black ring floating in a clear blue sky before vanishing into thin air has sparked UFO rumours (http://www.mirror.co.uk/all-about/ufos) among sky-watchers.
The sinister shape hovers ominously above the village of Shorthandy village, near Astana, Kazakhstan, for several minutes as shocked locals watch in confusion.
It then disappears completely, leaving no trace behind.

I personally think it's some kind of atmospheric displacement. Caused by "something". By "something" I mean some object some device or some sort of interacting force caused by some unknown means at this time. It could be electrical, plasma or some other kind of matter interaction or left over from said proposed actions by the undetermined applied forces. UFO? Possibly a left over from charged particles surrounding said object/ship. Could be some sort of displacement not caused by a physical object as we know it. It could be directed or indirect energy residual after effect perhaps from a Laser or some sort of partical beam, weapon, or tool. Another possible answer is could be some sort of dimensional or unseen cross over into our physical dimension an what ever that was trying to access our plane from another plane this could be some sort of pre or after effect. Thoughts? Comments or further ideas?

As the ring is ending it is breaking up,(1:10), as it is doing so you can see that the ring is slowly rotating clockwise as seen from below. I don't know of what process would cause this. If it were caused from a vortice rising from the ground it should not be rotating around it's axis, but rolling as it rolled upward. This looks like it might be associated with something we can't see inside the circle, perhaps as it took off from the ground and caused the circle to form around it.

So, NASA is predicting that we may find Alien life by 2025? Believe it or not (and you have no reason to believe) I had just this sort of thing in mind when I began this thread. This is more of the build-up I have been sensing, more of an apparent coordinated media concentration on the topics related to ufology and disclosure as evidenced by inclusion of the topics in a more serious tone, etc.

My email has blown up since this announcement. A sample from a Friend of the OutPost Forum:

They are going for some "public awareness shaping" goal that isn't too hard to figure out. The meme they are trying to introduce is "get ready to hear that there are extraterrestrials in the neighborhood." The size of the neighborhood is measured in light years I'm sure.
Be sure to look at the comments to the article at Space.com. The comments represent a microcosm of why we have not had Disclosure. They range from hopefullness, skepticism both reasonable and unreasonable, deflection to eco-pessimism and social justice, and bold predictions with absolutely no foundation of fact.
