Video is identified as being from 2013. Craft likely being trucked to Area51 for stealth evaluation against radar detection. Similar tarped craft was seen being trucked to Patuxent Naval Test Center in 2014, which turned out to be the X-43 being trucked for carrier qualifications prior to it's sea trials.

The design here started as the X-45, with several varieties, designed by the Boeing Phantom Works. this evolved with the X-45N being a NAVY demonstrator. That was sucessful and moved into the X-47 design for the NAVY. It was the X-47 that was moved to Area 51 and then onto Paqtuxent Naval test Center and then carrier qualified and tested at sea.
