As far as I can tell, this is not a cgi vid. This is something floating and slowly rotating and it doesn't look that large. Perhaps the size of a van?

Err, I am puzzled as to why the innards at the base of the UFO appear to be the internal coils of a brush-less DC motor still attached to the fan assembly.

At first blush, it does resemble a ducted fan assembly.

Fan, motor, housing. You can see light all through it plus the fan blades look rusty. It really seems to be only 6 inches or so across.
