Decentralising ET contact

I'm not 100% sure of Dr Greer but I think his idea of decentralising ET contact has merit. It is the very power that the NSA want to keep above all else, if they lose that power the implications could shift humanities self awareness for the positive.

If the universe is infinite then there has to be peaceful ETs that will want to see Humanity progress to a higher consciousness. I hope that these peaceful ETs come forward in the near future.
