I think this is an interesting sighting account also. Leaves a lot of unanswered questions, as usual. I would assume the police records are there if anyone wanted to question or verify the events as described in the video. Appears to be just plain people trying to do their plain jobs, in a very plain town, in a very non-plain circumstance. :ufo:

Yup, those videos were uploaded by me back in October.

Here is my report on it on UFO Updates with additional information:

and bonus audio from 1999 from my archives:

Enjoy :)

I agree, this is an important incident. Clearly an extremely well documented event with high quality witnesses, including typical details such as silent flight, hover capability, and rapid departure. Not to mention the electrical interference, or classic 'car stop', all verified by the 911 dispatcher's records!

I've seen this before and I'm fairly sure that this video is missing a section. In part two there is an officer up an old radio tower in Brookfield. As the show builds to a break he is quoted as saying "I ain't ready for this", this aspect of the story isn't resumed after the edit. As I recall the Brookfield Officer saw two object from his higher perspective, or possibly even more, I can't quite remember.

uforadio, thanks for the original upload and the audios! :w00t:. (Is there a missing section?)

He Lee. Thanks for comment. I cuted the whole portion of the video exactly at the middle break so everything should be resumed. I do remember how careful I was (only if my source recording was not complete). You can also check the break in question (tower chat) in the version with the complete episode here:

(the same portion is around 22nd minute there).

But I think I know the part that you are mentioning. Maybe you are refering to NBC documentary Confirmation from 1999 that reconstructed the same event?
Check it here:

It starts from 30th second.

Both documentaries featured anthological audio with the comment "O my God I hope that's a plane...I ain't ready for this."
But they both skiped the part when the police officer confirms later that it was a plane after all (not the whole incident just that short missidentification). But it is a great clip anyway :) The same clip was also featured in Erol Bruce Knapp's podcast Strange Days Indeed during every show intro. Uncut part can be heard in the audio posted in my previous post.

Thanks! You're right, I was thinking of the Confirmation documentary. The Officer on the radio tower did see three objects from his perspective, before he commented on the plane.

I'm sure you were very careful, uforadio, you always do a great job! Thanks again for clearing that up.
