In Uruguay there is no need for Disclosure it's already happened, in fact, since 1979 the Commission for the Reception and Investigation of UFO Reports (Cridovni) has conducted 1250 investigations using both military and civilians to research cases. It is Uraguay's official bureau of investigations and is run by the military but also employes civilians. They claim that they hold nothing back from the public and although they are no closer to discovery the truth behind UFO's they at least are building up some kind of picture of what might be going on.

A. J. Gevaerd, the Editor of Brazilian UFO Magazine (www.ufo.com.br) has just published an interview with Colonel Ariel Sanchez, chairman of the (Cridovni) 27pages

The interview can be downloaded from: www.ufo.com.br/public/sanchez/

Thanks for posting this Longeyes, and hats off to the Cridovni Committee, it sounds like they are doing an outstanding job investigating UFOs in their country. The procedures and resources they have in place are the kind of thing civilian UFO researchers can only dream of.

A dedicated team of field investigators with unlimited access to vehicles and air craft, state of the art labs and technicians, information analysts, RADAR, not to mention the fast jet crews....

The Col. Sanchez shares details of some fascinating cases files too; failed intercepts by Air force jets, melted rocks, contact and abduction cases. Of the 1250 cases investigated Col Sanchez estimates that roughly 40% remain unexplained, and unexplainable in conventional terms. Many of these cases are highly strange, yet also striking familiar to those of us that have studied the field or have first hand experience.

It seem that the Governments of South America are taking the lead in official UFO investigations, we can only hope that other countries will eventually follow their example.
