In Uruguay there is no need for Disclosure it's already happened, in fact, since 1979 the Commission for the Reception and Investigation of UFO Reports (Cridovni) has conducted 1250 investigations using both military and civilians to research cases. It is Uraguay's official bureau of investigations and is run by the military but also employes civilians. They claim that they hold nothing back from the public and although they are no closer to discovery the truth behind UFO's they at least are building up some kind of picture of what might be going on.
