Kathmandu, Nepal (CNN) -- A Nepalese man who stands no taller than a newborn has been declared the world's shortest man in history.
Chandra Bahadur Dangi, who says he's 72, earned the title with a height of 54.6 centimeters (21.5 inches), Guinness World Records announced Sunday.

I saw a video that had a segment about a 24 year old woman that still had the body of a baby, she still looked like an infant. It was very strange to see her feed herself and respond to others. She does not speak or walk, but I did see her use a form of sign language.
