In Special Reports, this week’s files cover: Secret Air Force Evaluation of Flying Discs, 1639 UFO Reports, Navajo Rangers UFO Reports, General Bermúdez Chilean UFO Cases, and Moon’s Cabeus Crater Bombed in 2009 has Strange Structures.

Unidentified Aerial Phenomena sightings were reported over Arizona, California, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, and Washington.

Sightings of UFOs also occurred in Armenia, Australia, Canada, Netherlands, Serbia, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we continue this research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO's are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

Secret Air Force Evaluation of Flying Discs

I have been informed that General Twinning personally saw the captured aliens and their craft. This is a transcription of General Nathan Twining’s letter as Commander Air Material Command to higher headquarters. He indicates his best engineers and scientists examined the craft.

Later General Twining was promoted to Chief of Staff of the Air Force and o n August 15, 1957, General Twining was formally sworn in as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff the highest military position in the U.S. by President Eisenhower in the Cabinet Room of the White House. This is a transcription of General Nathan Twinning’s letter as Commander Air Material Command, dated September 23, 1947.

SUBJECT: AMC Opinion Concerning "Flying Discs"

To: Commanding General Army Air Force

Washington 25, D.C.

ATTENTION: Brig. General George Schulgen AC/AS-2’

1. As requested by AC/AS-2 there is presented below the considered opinion of this command concerning the so-called "Flying Discs." This opinion is based on interrogation report data furnished by AC/AS-2 and preliminary studies by personnel of T-2 and Aircraft Laboratory, Engineering Division T-3. This opinion was arrived at in a conference between personnel from the Air Institute of Technology, Intelligence T-2, Office, Chief of Engineering Division, and the Aircraft, Power Plant and Propeller Laboratories of Engineering Division T-3.

2. It is the opinion that:
e. The apparent common description is as follows:

a. The phenomenon is something real and not visionary or fictitious.
b. There are objects probably approximating the shape of a disc, of such appreciable size as to appear to be as large as man-made aircraft.
c. There is a possibility that some of the incidents may be caused by natural phenomena, such as meteors.
d. The reported operating characteristics such as extreme rates of climb, maneuverability (particularly in roll), and motion which must be considered evasive when sighted or contacted by friendly aircraft and radar, lend belief to the possibility that some of the objects are controlled manually, automatically or remotely.
(1) Metallic or light reflecting surface.
(2) Absence of trail, except in a few instances where the object apparently was operating under high performance conditions.
(3) Circular or elliptical in shape, flat on bottom and domed on top.
(4) Several reports of well kept formation flights varying from three to nine objects.
(5) Normally no associated sound, except in three instances a substantial rumbling roar was noted.
(6) Level flight speeds normally above 300 knots are estimated.

It is possible within the present U.S. knowledge -- provided extensive detailed development is undertaken -- to construct a piloted aircraft which has the general description of the object in sub- paragraph (e) above which would be capable of an approximate range of 7000 miles at subsonic speeds.
g. Any development in this country along the lines indicated would be extremely expensive, time consuming and at the considerable expense of current projects and therefore, if directed, should be set up independently of existing projects.
h. Due consideration must be given the following:

(1) The possibility that these objects are of domestic origin - the product of some high security project not known to AC/AS-2 or this Command.
(2) The lack of physical evidence in the shape of crash recovered exhibits which would undeniably prove the existence of these subjects.
(3) The possibility that some foreign nation has a form of propulsion possibly nuclear, which is outside of our domestic knowledge.

3. It is recommended that:- Headquarters, Army Air Forces issue a directive assigning a priority, security classification and Code name for a detailed study of this matter to include the preparation of complete sets of all available and pertinent data which will then be made available to the Army, Navy, Atomic Energy Commission, JRDB, the Air Force Scientific Advisory Group, NACA, and the RAND and NEPA projects for comments and recommendations, with a preliminary report to be forwarded within 15 days of receipt of the data and a detailed report thereafter every 30 days as the investigation develops. A complete interchange of data should be affected.

Note: General Twining flying discs are real and not visionary or fictitious. He suggests it is possible within the present U.S. knowledge -- provided extensive detailed development is undertaken -- to construct a similar piloted aircraft. His later positions of leadership would provide the authority to build copies of the alien craft.

1639 UFO Reports

He made a peculiar entry in his journal in 1639 documenting the first UFO sighting in American history.
“In this year, one James Everell, a sober, discreet man, and two others, saw a great light in the night at Muddy River. When it stood still, it flamed up, and was about three yards square; when it ran, it was contracted into the figure of a swine: it ran as swift as an arrow towards Charlton [Charlestown], and so up and down [for] about two or three hours. They were come down in their lighter about a mile, and, when it was over, they found themselves carried quite back against the tide to the place they came from. Diverse and other credible persons saw the same light, after, about the same place.”
Boston also holds the title for first USO (Unidentified Submerged/Submarine Object) sighting in the U.S.
In 1644, a tragedy befell the crew of Captain John Chaddock’s ship. The vessel exploded for unknown reasons, and all five aboard lost their lives. Shortly thereafter, people of the town started seeing strange lights in the air and other unexplainable phenomena, which caused many to presume that a curse of some sort had been placed on the ship, or even worse, that maybe a distraught family member of one of the fallen had attempted to conjure the spirit of their loved one. Then, reports began to come in of unexplainable objects rising out of the water.

Chaddock’s ill-fated ship and crew, and just at ‘the witching hour of midnight,’ as Shakespeare calls it, ‘when churchyards yawn and hell itself breathes forth contagion in the air,’ three men in a boat, coming toward Boston—a strange hour for reputable puritans to be out—saw two bright lights rise out of the water, at the place where the vessel had been blown up, just off the North Ferry slip. They made the still more inexplicable [observation] that the two lights assumed the form of a man, and sailed leisurely off over the water to the south, keeping but a short distance from the shore, till it reached Rowe’s Wharf, where it vanished as suddenly as it had appeared just 15 minutes before.”

The story was told and retold about the town, for the next few days, till the whole population had reached a mental condition that made them capable of seeing the ghosts of Chaddock’s buccaneers, if given any kind of chance. A week after the event just described, the old records say, ‘the twin lights were seen again by many,’ but this time they arose off Castle Island, and after traveling through the air just 12 minutes, vanished at the spot where the remains of the ship were resting. The restless spirits of the deep continued to make things satisfactorily terrifying for those who were ‘out late ‘o night’ along the waterfront.
On one occasion, the story was, that at 8 o’clock, a light resembling the moon rose from the water at the wreck, sailed through the air till it was over the highest point of ‘Nottle’s Island,’ now East Boston—but then uninhabited, and an ideal place for ghostly gambols—and there it was met by its twin light, the two suddenly merging into one, then parting, and thus continuing uniting and separating, as if in playful mood, many times, all the while ‘shooting out sometimes flames and sometimes sparkles.’ Finally, uniting permanently, the big illuminated disc floated off behind the hill on ‘Nottle’s Island,’ disappearing from sight of the wondering eyes of Bostonians.
So what do we have here? Clearly something was being witnessed by the various residents, While we can certainly call these UFO and USO reports by definition, there does appear to be a spiritual side to what was observed. General Bermúdez Chilean Air Force’s Multiple UFO Cases
http://www.listrocket.com/ktml2/user/1241_M837Hca3MN/images/uploads/1241_D8e7RhUZ4FKhdSOU2bHg_files/image014.jpg Antonio Huneeus writes, “In a historical first for UFO conferences in the USA, the just held 21st 2012 International UFO Congress in Fountain Hills, Arizona, counted with the participation of a government official who runs a project to investigate UFOs. Retired Chilean Air Force General Ricardo Bermúdez is the director of CEFAA (Committee of Studies of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena), which is part of Chile’s Civil Aviation Agency equivalent to our FAA.” General Bermúdez revealed a number of highly interesting cases involving commercial and military pilots, as well as an extraordinary daytime multiple video case showing a clear metallic-looking object during an important Chilean Air Force ceremony in 2010. The message throughout his lecture was unmistakably clear: some UFOs are real and may pose a threat to air safety operations, that’s why they should be investigated officially not only in Chile but throughout the world.
The bulk of the general’s presentation at Open Minds Conference dealt with the aeronautical cases. He discussed in some detail a total of seven aeronautical UFO cases between 1978 and 2011, which remain unexplained to this day, playing excerpts of the radio communications between the pilots and the ATC (Air Traffic Control). The audio tapes are obviously in Spanish (some of them are posted in CEFAA’s website (http://www.listrocket.com/public/link.php?url=http://www.cefaa.gob.cl/web/home.html&lid=75052&uid=2816118&sid=27879&mid=24408)) but the lecture included English translations in big letters in the power point slides, so the cases are easy to follow.
Some of the sightings like a multiple-witness and near collision case at Puerto Montt airport in the south in 1988, or one at Chacalluta Airport in Arica in the north in 1997, were directly linked to the creation of the Committee. In the Arica case, for instance, after the Eco Inca army aircraft reports a UFO to the ATC, one can hear the control operator saying, “we’ve had several calls saying in that sector there is probably a UFO . . . We are on alert for any report . . . He [Eco Inca army plane] reports at 3 o’clock an object that’s moving at ‘incredible speed’ . . . textual [pilot’s] expression . . .”
In another case involving three different aircraft approaching Santiago’s International Pudahuel Airport, one of the pilots can be heard clearly in the tape saying, “it [UFO] gives the impression of being a train with many windows and it can be seen perfectly well . . .” Commenting on this case, Bermúdez said: “We have here three airplanes in different frequencies describing the same situation, one crew saw windows like a train, now if there are windows we may think somebody is looking out, we never know.”
Yet another incident known as the Pelican case occurred on June 24, 2010 and it involved again three different aircraft—two airliners and a navy plane called Pelican. http://www.listrocket.com/ktml2/user/1241_M837Hca3MN/images/uploads/1241_D8e7RhUZ4FKhdSOU2bHg_files/image016.jpg As put by Gen. Bermúdez, “three airplanes witnessed the same phenomenon, two commercial planes are approaching Santiago, the military plane is coming 300 miles from the north, and an object is cruising his airway. The pilot reports something he sees camouflaged in erratic motion.” In the audio communication, one hears the pilot saying, “ROGER . . . At this moment I can’t see it anymore . . . I could see a traffic loud and clear . . . it looked like a cloud . . . Camouflaged as a cloud but with erratic motion.”
Here is the excerpt from Gen. Bermúdez’s presentation at the 2012 IUFOC dealing with this particular incident:
“This case, as well as another one in Punta Arenas detected by primary radar in 2011, is important because you have different professional pilots reporting the same object,” as explained by Gen. Bermúdez:
Think for a moment, if one experienced commercial pilot reports to me that something flew across in front of his airplane, I pay careful attention; but now if a second commercial pilot reports the same a few seconds later, I become interested; but if a third pilot, a military one, confirms the same fact, I tend to believe it. In this case, do we have one UFO close to the airplanes, or we have two UFOs? If we have one, its incredible speed doesn’t correspond to anything we have now. Navajo Rangers Take UFO Reports Very Serious

An interesting TV report claims the Navajo Rangers a Federal government police force investigates UFOs and the paranormal. People who are considered good enough to testify in a homicide trial are seeing UFOs, Bigfoot, ghosts and other paranormal activity.

He and a colleague were conducting analysis of the LRO/LCROSS mission when this image was taken.
Colaprete says that the object seen in the Cabeus crater is just a "digital marking grid" and the picture is not real, but a computer simulation. However, the two annex pictures used to demonstrate the alleged "grid” are not similar to the artificial structures in the crater.
The mission objectives of the Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite (LCROSS) were to advance the Vision for Space Exploration by confirming the presence or absence of water ice in a permanently shadowed crater at either the moon's North or South Pole. The identification of water is very important for human activities on the moon. Northrop-Grumman built the spacecraft and NASA/Ames Research Lab shifted the target crater from Cabeus ‘A’ to Cabeus (proper at 84.90°S 35.50°W) just before the bombing. The general consensus of lunar experts was that Cabeus showed the highest hydrogen concentrations at the South Pole. LCROSS blasted into Cabeus with two heavy impactors with a rocket weighing some 2.2 tons, carrying the destructive force equivalent that of 1.5 tons of dynamite to test the theory that ancient ice lies buried there.

The photo reveals more than one structure and is evidence for a huge base built by large numbers of intelligent life forms on our Moon. Perhaps NASA wanted to send a warning to the inhabitants of the structures, or to provide water for those already there.

The mission was publicized as a fast-paced, low-cost, mission that will leverage some existing NASA systems, expertise, and Ames' Lunar Prospector spacecraft experience. The LCROSS Satellite crashed into the 60 miles wide Cabeus crater on October 9, 2009, and carved out a hole about 80 feet wide and kicked up at least 26 gallons of water. The impact caused an explosion of material from the crater's surface to create a plume that was shone on national TV. The plume was difficult to see and video of the impact showed little more than a fuzzy white flash, but specialized instruments discovered the presence of water (ice and vapor), hydrocarbons and hydrated materials. http://www.listrocket.com/ktml2/user/1241_M837Hca3MN/images/uploads/1241_D8e7RhUZ4FKhdSOU2bHg_files/image024.jpgYou can hear the NASA Mission team stating, “We can see very small craters within the large crater.” Women’s voice states, “We confirm a Thermal signature of the craters with our cameras; over.” This thermal image was taken minutes before impact on October 9, 2009, with red indicating heat coming from the crater edges and possible structures on the moon.
Those red areas to the right and center are indicating heat closest to the impact point just below center of image. Somebody Else may be on the Moon, maybe it is us.
Anthony Colaprete, the principal investigator for Northrop-Grumman spacecraft NASA's LCROSS mission said after impact, "And we didn't find just a little bit. We found a significant amount of water." Anthony says we saw the crater, we saw the impact, and we have measurements of what we needed; we have the data to answer the questions we set out to address. These findings tend to confirm there is ice that when melted is water that has accumulated over billions of years.
Ben Rich the former head of the Lockheed Skunk works stated that, “UFO's are indeed very real and from other planets....We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity… Anything you can imagine we already know how to do.”
