Interesting video that was posted on the Outpost FB page. Jerry Pippin posted a comment there also that it might be the same object that was seen recently over St. Petersburg, Russia as well. What do you think?

It seems to hang around for too long, so leaning toward hoax. However, the light configuration beneath does match another thread posting on the forms.

Just an observation… I cannot rule out the object is being videoed through a glass window and we are seeing a reflection on the glass. There are times when zooming in on the object, distant structures go out of focus as the object sharpens… which would suggest the object is much closer to the camera.
