There is a comment suggesting maybe a drone at the posting from youtube. The person who posted it went to the local station and asked to see the footage, station manager didn't sound like he wanted to take time to find it.

First let me say, the quality of this video is horrible. It was shot in video, displayed on a TV screen, videoed again and compacted in to a maximum image of 480p. A lot of detail has been lost.

Logically, since the helicopter turned toward the object and the object was in full view of the pilot… I am assuming the object to be another aircraft that was dumping water or chemicals to help put out the fire.
