I was watching a show about Komodo Dragons, their jaws are very similar to the one above. This type of jaw is rare in the animal kingdom, so I would guess that this is from a similar lizard. I read the comments on that page about the jaw area, what I'm seeing as part of the jaw may be "tusklets". If that is so, then this would not come from a lizard.
