I was wondering if the Eastern Seaboard had more UFO sightings due to Hurricane Sandy than the rest of the country and in fact there were more sightings than the rest of the country in that region.
Below are screenshots for UFO sightings for the month of Oct. where I highlighted those States that were hit by that storm (Eastern Seaboard including PA and OH because those States were hit too.
It should be noted that The National Reporting Center was inundated with reports from those States of sightings of orange and red fireballs and the screenshots below reflect those reportings. The sightings reported in the screenshots below go from the last of the month of Oct. to the first.

Great data! That could be looked at a number of ways.

I think it's interesting too! Thanks!
There are several Ohio reports (and one ME) that are not highlighted that are toward the end of the month (as seen in the data in the first post)... I missed those ones after I went back and decided to add PA and OH to those States that were also hit by the storm. By the time I got to the 31st I was seeing double. lol.

I'm wondering which agency gets the most reports... the Nat'l UFO Reporting Center or Mufon? When one googles "Reporting a UFO", the NUFORC site is at the top of the page but there are no Mufon sites for reporting them anywhere including the page after that and even after that (that's as far as I looked). So for this reason, my guess is that most people report their sightings at the NUFORC site.

So here we have 2 separate agencies each with their own UFO report data-banks. It seems like there should be another entity out there that consolidates that data from both agencies for research and analysis purposes based on the information from All of those reports. I wonder if that's already being done and who does it.

I agree with Doc. Great data, A99. It will be interesting to study.

If there are underwater bases off the eastern coast, I would think that there would be an increase of sightings just prior to Sandy. I haven't heard of anything unusual being washed onshore with the surge...yet.

That does make a lot of sense.

A person whom I won't name, was skeptical about UFOs. The person was in Arizona recently and at the hotel, was called by their roommate to come outside, "You've got to see this!"
The person said, they saw more than 100 orange balls of light(?) flying silently. They disappeared over the roof of the hotel. The person ran to the corner of the building to see more of them, but they had disappeared.

I asked and found out from the person, that they were not connected/on one aircraft.

Never a word on the media of course.

Thanks Lee! And thanks all for your comments too.
Will try to keep up on this as it is definitely a worthwhile endeavor to at least view these types of correlations for more information concerning the UFO phenomenon.
NYlily pointed out something that I plan on looking into. Thanks for bringing that up lily!

Mainstream media is always quiet or have some lame excuse for it.

There have been many reports all over the place about those orange and red fireballs... and it's not letting up either. This month, according to some reporting sites are showing an influx of more of those sightings than ever before.

Thanks Harry for commenting on that!

Hey so I guess my buddy isn't crazy sfter all. it looks like a lot of people in our area also saw similar orangey red balls of light too. Maybe the storm is our 3rd density perception of some sort of battle or activity going on in 4th density, that we interpret as crazy weather. Maybe there's a sort of density bleedthrough going on as a result of it so we see all these UFO's (beings from a higher density??)
