I think if one were to go to the library of bits made for movies that this would prove to be CGI. That it has been pixilated to death only says that it is the most likely explanation. It is not worth my efforts to find if it has been lifted from a release from any number of recent movies but I expect that someone will find the original is in fact a CGI made for Hollywood.
Someone's taken this clip and become somewhat proficient with their Sony Vegas video editing software.
