In Sao Paulo, Brazil, a gigantic UFO

I can not understand the language, I am assuming this to be a UFO video report!

The video is in Spanish and is about a sighting in Sao Paolo, Brazil, on 28 October, which several witnesses caught on camera.

Looking at some of the comments it might have been fireworks strung to a balloon apparently quite common in poor areas.
