A couple of songs to help celebrate Cinco de Mayo.
    The Champs - Tequila.
The easiest song lyrics to memorize.... ever!
    .

    .
The opening musical number from Desperado (aka The Mariachi).
Don't understand the words, but really enjoy the guitar work.

    .
Had wanted to add the Selma Hyack dance scene "From Dusk Till Dawn", but rated mature. Besides Selma's sexy outfit, the house band plays with instruments made of human body parts, really put on a good performance. Bit to racy/over the top..

    Kraftwerk - Autobahn
    .

Back in a rather surreal time of my life, I graduated High School in 1974 when this song came out.
With down time before University I strapped on a backpack and flew (solo) from California to Europe with a Eur-rail pass & a few traveler checks in my pocket and spent the next 3 months kicking around Youth-Hostiles, subsisting on fresh food from farmer's markets, and doing what most 18 year olds would.
Beer, hash, night clubs, and painted ladies. May also have squeezed in a Church (Notre Dame, etc.) or Museum (Louvre, Anna Frank house, etc.) tour during daylight hours. Ha!
Paris, Berlin, London, Amsterdam etc. The surreal part was when I ended up in a Mercedes flying down the Autobahn at 160Kph listening to this very song as my new friends and I headed from Frankfurt to Munich for the Octoberfest (one big swinging party that never gets busted! ).
A great song decades ahead of the modern Techno/Electronic Dance Music craze. RIP Florian Schneider. Thanks for the memories.

After a stint as Ted Nugent lead singer, Brian Howe moved on in 1986 to became lead vocals for Bad Company once Paul Rodgers had left the band.
