Always enjoyed the Youngblood's version of "Get Together".
Jessie Colin Young's vocals at his best.

The Who - Love, Reign O'er Me.
    .

This full version includes the impressive piano intro (first minute) and the amazing drum conclusion (last minute).
    .
The Who - Love Reign O'er Me (Live Aid 1985)

And a later version featuring Roger Dalty's fantastic vocals. Fun to see Jack Nicolson doing the band intro.
Apparently some of the afore mentioned instrumental portions were deleted, possibly due to time constraints.

Calikid's post of "Love, Reign O'er Me" by The Who was released in 1973. It reminded me of how bands progress over the years. Love, Reign O'er Me is an example of how their style evolved.

I Can't Explain was written by Guitarist for The Who, Pete Townshend.
He was 18 when writing the song.
It was released as the band's first single in 1965.

In 1989 The Scorpions covered the song.

    Gold Dust Woman.

An 8 minute version of this great classic song.
    .
"Well, did she make you cry,
    Make you break down,
    Shatter your illusions of love?
And is it over now, do you know how?
Pick up the pieces and go home.
    .."
