In honor of 4/20, the unofficial National Cannabis Day.

Humble Pie-30 Days In The Hole

As a student during the 1970s, I can remember PRE-DEcriminalization of Marijuanna.
Possession of a single MJ cigarette was considered a felony, ranking right up there with Heroin or Cocaine possession.

"Seeds and dust that you got busted on, you know it's hard to believe.
30 days in the hole. That's what they give you.... You know your jailhouse bound".

Thank goodness we've come a long way from those Draconian days. First decrim'd to an infraction, then legal for medical use, and now recreational is legal in many states. Goodness Bless America.

You are so right calikid. I went shopping over in Great Barrington Mass this morning. Next to the grocery store is what we call a "Pot Shop".

I don't do much of that anymore . . . But even in my younger days I'm sure I would not wait in the pouring rain in a 300ft line to buy an oz.

I don't know the gram wt, but I think the minimum purchase is $45 . . . Totally leagal over there but not yet in NY . .

Calikid, you have no idea what box you opened!

Created a video for a response, using music from a band that I managed in the early 1990s... I used a couple of old flyers from shows for images. Yes, there are aliens!

    Mr. Ectomy - Lombo

Lombo was popular with dance crowds.

Guitar player passed away late February 2019. I'm still in-touch with the singer. Crazy times... Back in the early 1990s we'd be sitting around and joke, "About the time they legalize weed - we'd be living in a Surveillance and Police State".
