Blue Oyster Cult - Don't Fear the Reaper
I was kinda blasting this tune the other night, neighbor came knocking. Said it was not loud enough "TURN IT UP!"
After sitting down my beer and wiping the "don't mess with me smirk" off my face, I smiled and was happy to comply. Went from 15 to 90 on the volume dial!

    MORE COWBELL!

Beethoven's Ninth Symphony - 4th movement. Scene from A Clockwork Orange
The Ninth, fourth movement. Aka "Ode to Joy". With it's booming bass, is one of my all time Classic favs.
    .

Naughty Alex. Not to worry, "The William Tell Overture" adult marathon part is masterfully halted.
As fun as this cinematic rendition is, it is hard to believe Beethoven was stone deaf when he wrote this masterpiece.
A testament to the man's musical genius and what went on inside his head.
    Bravo Ludwig, bravo.

Vanishing Point (1971) - Music Video - Roadhouse Blues (The Doors)
    .

I'm more of a Blue Oval guy, but gotta admit.... this was one of the more Bad-A$$ 4-wheel Muscle Machines for sale, back in my day.

The Who - Who Are You (Promo Video)
    .

A nice 1978 studio version of this classic tune.
Includes rare footage of wild man drummer Keith Moon, shortly before his death in Sept. 1978.

Bosendorfer ivory alert about 1:45. Nothing like using a $100,000 piano to record your hits.

DMX - Party Up [CLEAN / Radio Edit]

Not a super fan of hip-hop, but props to a legitimate performer.
Nice hook to the tune, good clubbing dance number for sure.
Kinda reminds me of my TWO ex-wifes. "YA ALL GON A MAKE ME LOOSE MY MIND!..."

RIP DMX (Earl Simmons, aka Dark Man X), dead at 50yo.

While I don't personally imbibe, I am glad California has legalized recreational Marijuana.
Hard to think of outlawing something that grows openly/naturally on God's green earth.
The legalization is honored in California each April 20th, aka 420.
