According to the document 072 / E, at the meeting of 1961 there was an incident involving 3 subjects due to the violation of the agreement by the officers at the military base when they discovered that their arrival was filmed with a hidden device without their consent.
Under the treaty 23/04, the meetings would be confidential and filming or taking photographs would not be allowed...

The footage showing Soviet Troops is from "The Secret KGB UFO Files" from 1998, a few of us looked at it back on OMF and found several problems. I also contacted one of the producers and was told that he couldn't comment due to a Non Disclosure Agreement.

Also, the 'Autopsy Footage' on this youtube video does not belong with that documentary. There was an autopsy scene in the documenray but not the one linked above. This footage surfaced just a few years back, as far as I can tell. It looks fake to me, if only because the 'skin' is not attached to the 'rib cage' in any way.

The different autopsy was covered at OMF aswell. Things like no arms and non surgical instruments came up. From 5 years ago:
