Two UFOs Observe Zenit Launch Failure?

This clip was from a live transmission of the launch, the live feed was cut suddenly just after the objects appeared, if they were just pieces of debris then why did they cut the live transmission? Two objects look like an orb and a possible disc shaped object.

This is a rather typical launch failure, the camera fails to track the object and rocket because somehow it has come apart and become multiple objects, which then confuse the tracking radar controlling the camera. The distance to the rocket and it's debris are such that foucus interacts with the atmosphere and things begin to look odd.
