The article did not say it crashes twice a day. Where did you get that ?
I don't approve anyway. China can not be trusted with the least amount of radioactive waste. What is Gates thinking ?
I realize they are dirty coal dependent, but this ....idk....
Southerncross: mrwupy is referring to Windows, which - especially for older versions - had the reputation of crashing several times a day, and showing a blue error screen, nicknamed the "blue screen of death," after which a reboot was needed.
Imagine a nuclear reactor that is as reliable as windows used to be...
