He will always be remembered as one of us. A seeker of truth and disclosure.
Bummed... Agreed, "always one of of us".

He was a character and will be missed.

Here's to all those who die due to useless violence! My heart goes out to them all.

These are just symptoms of a deeper malaise.

To be clear, former member Noot reportedly passed after a long medical illness.
    R.I.P. TOON

Above "Violence" reference by whoknows appears to be about recent news stories.
And yes, sympathies to the survivors as well.

Sorry I wasn't being clear there. Yes cali, you are correct.

Honestly for those who die of "natural cause" I would rather rejoice with them rather than feel sad. When I pass from this existence I hope my friends party like it's 1999 if they feel the need to do anything. Cuzz really I think we are a never ending story.

    Gene Wilder - RIP
    (June 1933 - Aug 2016)
    Comic/actor. Born Jerome Silberman
Starred in such hits as Young Frankenstein, Willy Wonka, Blazing Saddles.
Married four times, notable to the late Gilda Radner (passed from ovarian cancer in 1989) resulting in his off set pet project; cancer awareness.
Gene Wilder struck me as a gentle soul, I enjoyed his works.

    Bruce Arnold
    aka Majicbar

    Born: Dec 1948
    Deceased: May 2016
    Hometown: Minneapolis MN

A member of TOP Forum in good standing with nearly 1200 posts when he passed, Majicbar was a nuts and bolts UFO researcher, well educated in the natural sciences.

His cool clear analysis on various topics will be missed by all.

    RIP Majicbar

Gavin MacFadyen died yesterday. Here is the beginning of his Wikipedia entry...

Gavin MacFadyen (b. 1940[1], d. Oct 22, 2016[2] (age 76)) was an American investigative journalist and filmmaker. He was the Director of the Centre for Investigative Journalism at Goldsmiths, University of London, an Advisor to The Whistler, and a Trustee of the Courage Foundation.[1]

In recent years, his work focused on facilitating and protecting whistleblowing activities.[2][3] He was closely linked to Julian Assange and formed the official Julian Assange Defence Committee, which raises funds to pay the legal expenses of Assange and other Wikileaks staff. He has appeared in a number of documentaries about Wikileaks, including We Steal Secrets and Julian Assange: A Modern Day Hero?.
