Thread: End Game....Economic/Political Crisis

US courts ruled this year, it is okay to lie in political ads. As this election year in the US draws to an end, it is no wonder voters are frustrated on many levels. A do nothing in Washington, the bickering, and trying to sort lies from truth in political ads.

Keeping a finger on the pulse of the United States is important.
There is a growing movement within the nation for a return to Isolationism.
In this video, you hear grumblings of unheard voices gaining volume.
I strongly suspect an unseen and unheard political leader in the US will arise to power.
The EU will gain a new leader who will become worse than prior dictators.
Russia, China and Arab nations will continue to strengthen their alliances.
    Is there another way?

    Disclosure is needed, ASAP.
Will Disclosure bring about violence? Yes, very likely.
Will Disclosure collapse economies? Yes, very likely.
Will Disclosure alter views on religions? Yes, very likely.
Will Disclosure save humans upon the Earth from themselves? That is unknown...

Have I gone a tad overboard on this one?
If so, throw me a lifeline and be quick about it!

The Secret Recordings of Carmen Segarra

I'm just on of the majority of Americans who want the Federal (Private Company) Reserve to be dismantled NOW!
Read the History and learn the powerful rich elitists and politicians who betrayed the US monetary system and
ruined millions of lives and families. This video is a great education we all need to learn about. Ed

"This is a unprecedented report on one of the most powerful and secretive institutions in America. The New York Federal Reserve is supposed to monitor
    big banks and their activity.
But what is happening was the the regulators who were supposed to be regulating the big banks, like Goldman Sachs for example, actually got
captured by these institutions. Regulatory capture is when a regulator gets too cozy with the company that he’s supposed to be monitoring."

An unprecedented look inside one of the most powerful, secretive institutions in the country. The NY Federal Reserve is supposed to monitor big banks.
But when Carmen Segarra was hired, what she witnessed inside the Fed was so alarming that she got a tiny recorder and started secretly taping.

We take it for granted that the majority calls the shots. But in one NY school district, that idea — majority rules — has led to an all-out war.
School board disputes are pretty common, but not like this one. This involves multimillion-dollar land deals, lawyers threatening to beat up parents, felony
criminal charges, and the highest levels of state government. Meanwhile, the students are caught in the middle.

FEDS Retaliate Against The Bundy Ranch And Southern Nevada

October 28, 2014, by Ken Jorgustin

    the-bundy-ranch-standoff.jpg

Remember the Bundy Ranch ordeal from back in April-2014?

As promised from Harry Reid who warned that this is not over, and that “something will happen”, well it appears that it is happening.

The federal government is mounting retaliations against the Bundy family and the Southern Nevada people with an official notice recently released by the Federal Registry, declaring that nearly 3 million acres of land in southern Nevada will be declared “ACEC” (read below) and placed off limits to nearly all human activity…

On Friday October 10th, 2014 a Notice from the federal registry reveals that the Bundy ranch and most of the rest of Southern Nevada, to become “Areas of Critical Environmental Concern” (ACECs) – decided by non-elected bureaucrats in Washington, D.C., and imposed against the people and the State of Nevada.

90 days from October 10th, 2014 these proposals will become federal law without consent from the Nevada State legislatures or the people of Southern Nevada.

Here’s a refresher as to what went down earlier this year:

    A Revolutionary Spark In Nevada

“Areas of Critical Environmental Concern” (ACECs) are human restricted management areas. ACECs have been a tool used by the federal government to gain further control of large masses of western lands and resources.

As proposed, nearly 3 million acres in Southern Nevada will be locked away from the people. This includes most uses on the land (recreational, agricultural or otherwise).

Listed below are just a few of the outlined restriction that come with ACECs:

    · Closed Roads
    · Excluded Trails
    · Closed to Camping
    · Closed to Recreational Vehicles
    · Closed to Motorized Travel
    · Closed to Livestock Grazing
    · Restricted Human Hiking
    · Restricted Horseback Riding
    · Exclude Group Recreations
    · Closed to Mineral Development
    · Closed to Water Access
    · Closed to Hunting / Target Shooting

The Southern Nevada people soon will have less access to their lands than any other people in the history of this country.

There are 33 new Areas of Critical Environmental Concern (ACECs) proposed to cover Southern Nevada totaling 1,739,795 acres. 12 of the 22 existing ACECs are also proposed to be expanded. (See List Below) The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) filed this lists on October 1st.

    Total Restricted Acres 2,767,941

This is a direct assault on the State of Nevada. It is also a deliberate retaliation against the people for standing against the horrific action of several federal agencies at the Bundy ranch.

The boldness of the federal government’s timing and action on these matters are astonishing. They are again making a clear case that they are willing to use federal power to punish the local people. Harry Reid’s declaration “This is not over” is proving to be uncharacteristically accurate.

Before the Bundy ranch standoff, there were approximately 1 million acres of ACECs in Southern Nevada. Now after the Bundy standoff, the BLM is proposing an additional 1.8 Million acres (a 280% increase) all of which just happens to be in Southern Nevada.

Although this is not proof, anybody with a little intelligence can see that Harry Reid and the BLM are not protecting the environment; they are punishing their enemies.

How is it that all newly proposed critical environmental land in the Untied States just happens to reside within miles of the Bundy ranch? Is the land in Southern Nevada so different/ dangerous/ special/ delicate and important?

From near the beginning of history, tyrannical men have sought to oppress through the control of land and resources,

“Control the land and resources, and you have the power to control the people”.

There is a direct correlation to land and resources with power and wealth. All major powers in world history have gained their power & wealth by conquering the land and controlling the resources.

It is self-evident that certain men within our government understand this and have implemented these age-old tactics upon the people of this country. For decades they have used government to gain power & wealth for themselves by controlling the land and resources.

Our founding fathers understood this nature, they drafted the Constitution to protect us from the despotic men that history is so full of. They limited the powers of government by outlining what lands the federal government can control and by separating the powers they hold. Their intent was to quickly dispose the land and resources to the local people, where it is most safe.

Under federal rule, the people that live on or near the land have no say to what happens in their own backyards. They have no republic form of government. The decisions are all made by appointed representatives from Washington D.C. These representatives have no responsibility to the people and there is no practical legal way to hold them accountable. In direct violation of the U.S. Constitution federal agencies use the lands as their own and suppress the rightful stewards.

At the moment of Statehood land inside the new State is no longer U.S. Territory, and no longer does U.S. Congress or any of the federal agencies have authority to dispose of the land or make any rules or regulations respecting to it. At Statehood it becomes the right and duty of the people of the State to dispose of and regulate all the lands within the boarders of that State. This is called a republic form of government, for the people, by the people.

The incident at the Bundy ranch indicates that people are beginning to question the legitimacy of federally control lands within their State. It also proves that the people have the courage to stand against despotic government actions. The purpose of the federal government is to protect and uphold the rights of the people, not to profit from the spoils in taking their lands and resources away.

The recent action of the BLM in creating new federal code (ACECs) to expand their control and power by restricting the people further from their lands is a continuation of illegally controlling land with-in a State.

Will the County and State representatives take courage and end the unconstitutional federal control of land and resources within the State? The legal and rightful control of the land belongs to the local people. The land within the State must be returned to people in a republic form of government. It is time for the State to dispose of the land to the people, open the land up for useful purposes, and protect the preemptive property rights of the people.

We the People at whitehouse.gov Petition:

    Stop Apache Land Grab

Hidden in recent defense bill was a package granting illegal land swap near Superior, Ariz., for the benefit of a foreign company Rio Tinto PLC who seek to mine copper.

Resolution Copper -- a Rio Tinto venture with BHP Billiton Ltd. -- would be given more than 2,000 acres of federal land in return for more than 5,000 acres of company land.

Conservation advocates and American Indian groups, particularly the San Carlos Apache Tribe, have for years been trying to block the swap, saying the mine would damage natural resources and culturally sensitive areas. A site called Apache Leap in the Tonto National Forest has been of particular concern.

The Federal Government is the original owner of all lands not incorperated in the Original States. There is no room to claim an individuals soverenty over that land. Land claims are subject to the regulations provided for the distribution of those lands by the Federal Government. The Constitution provides for Eminent Domain when the Federal Government calls back it's ownership of the land. All claims otherwise is a political position, but legally it is as I have set it out here, and has been throughout this country's Westward expansion.

We'll Work With Tribes to Protect Sacred Land

    By Jodi Gillette

Thank you for your petition. The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (NDAA) became law on December 19. Section 3003 of the NDAA -- which the Administration opposed -- provides for the exchange of thousands of acres of public land to a private company called Resolution Copper Mining. The public lands to be transferred have significant religious, cultural, historical, and archeological value to the San Carlos Apache Tribe and other tribes in the region. For these tribes, the area is sacred.

As Department of the Interior Secretary Sally Jewell said in her statement on the passage of the NDAA, which you can read here, "I am profoundly disappointed with the Resolution Copper provision, which has no regard for lands considered sacred by nearby Indian tribes."

In legislatively providing for the exchange of these lands, section 3003 "short circuits the long-standing and fundamental practice of pursuing meaningful government-to-government consultation with the 566 federally recognized tribes with whom we have a unique legal and trust responsibility. Although there are consultation requirements in the legislation, the appropriate time for honoring our relationship with tribes is before legislating issues of this magnitude." The provision also significantly weakens the environmental assessment generally required by the National Environmental Protection Act -- an assessment that similarly should have been conducted before providing for the transfer of these lands.

Moving forward, the Administration will work with Rio Tinto (Resolution Copper's parent company) to determine what can be done to work with the tribes to preserve these sacred areas.
