MOTHER SHIP: giant cigar UFO hovering near the International Space Station?

This looks like something other than a mothership from what I am seeing in the video. The actual segment used is only about 1:15 long and then rerun to extend the visual to the background narrative. That is not long for a segment of ISS coverage. It is possible that what is seen here is some ground phenomena seen through clouds and it is not near, nor pacing the ISS. The sighting whatever it was seems to be at sunset, so it is likely from the background that is is past sunset on the ground. To establish the truth we need to know the time and date of the sighting and from that find it's position in orbit and what the ground track would have been. That would do a lot to see what is true. it would be foundational if it were as advertised as a mothership pacing the ISS.

Majicbar you seem to be all over the place on this. The ISS orbits the earth every 90 minutes which is approximately 16 x a day. The ISS is not in any stationary orbit with earth so clouds and the background narrative you describe have me scratching my head you even mention this.

I am not a big fan of Third Phase of the Moon either but their video was an enhanced cut down version of the footage from NASA USTREAM recorded live on May 13, 2014 at 9:21 AM in which I posted the link of the NASA USTREAM archive which lasted over 9 minutes showing exactly what was recorded by their camera which was removed by USTREAM not long after the post.

This seems to be a good oportunity to FOIA NASA and get the original HD downlink video. We will have the ISS clip to compare with to be sure they do not try and put some kind of CGI sham in it's place. I take your word at it being 9 minutes, no ground position is visible from the station for more than 5 min., so then something like a mothership becomes plausible as you say. It is just that the TPM video does not help show that.

The video is of a mothership over Arizona, NOT Minneapolis. Title is misleading. At the time of the Minneapolis sighting there were clowns flying LED kites trying to provoke UFO reports by unsuspecting witnesses, there may not have been a UFO, maybe there was. We need more information. This Arizona sighting video is interesting and needs more verification of it's particulars.

NUFORC has 800+ reports of UFOs over Minnesota. One ambitious reporter/cartographer has mapped these reports. I am having a hard time finding the UFO over Minneapolis on August 19, 2011.

We need more information. This Arizona sighting video is interesting and needs more verification of it's particulars.

Yes the video of the craft is from Arizona skies. I am guessing the speaker was speaking in Minnesota about the video of the UFO taken in Arizona. The title of the youtube video is misleading I agree.

The kite people out here are all over the place and it has become a huge hobby here in Arizona in which I reside, this new hobby of kites and drones muddies up the true UFO video captures no doubt about it.

According to the speaker who was vouching for this video states the winds were blowing up to 30mph which kind of throws the theory out the window that it was a kite. You can actually hear the wind gushing in the video and no kite would hold up to those kinds of winds without acting erratic or obvious gyrations even if tied down.

The higher the wind the greater the lift on a kite. LOL, the funniest kite sighting I had was in Richfield in Legion Park, just west of the MSP international airport. Winds were 25 to 35 mph out of the Northwest in the fall of 2005 I think. Some clown had a very large kite with what had to me a very heavy cable of some kind because he had suspended a child's lawn chair with what looked like a little old man with a fishing hat on sitting mid-air about 75 to 100 feet up. The kite was big and quite high up but high enough that it probably was a potential hazard for planes taking off if they had problems climbing. In 1995? in the same park they were shooting Forth of July fireworks when a American Airlines 727 was making an emergency return to runway 12 right and at a very low level passed through the fireworks but passed through safely. I'll bet the pilots thought they were dead.
