    No, the aftermath of a bright fireball-class meteor ("shooting star") or bolide. Usually referred to as a "persistent train" or "dust-train".

    Nope, light aircraft at a lower altitude and a lower speed + parallax due to the high difference between the speed difference of the two planes:



    Red: apparent move on the video
    Blue: apparent move due to parallax (the observer's plane flies to the right)
    Green: the apparent displacement due to the light aircraft's own move.

    This can be simplified (for better understanding) as below:
