TV news crew filming forest fire captures phenomenal ufo footage

An unidentified flying object over the skies of Canada has caught the attention of several UFO-watch websites.
The object was spotted in local news footage covering a fire in the West Kelowna area of British Columbia, roughly two hours north of the U.S. border.

I read one tweet (on twitter) from a MUFON expert stating it's a meteorite.

Wonder if they are documenting a forest fire, or simply saw the smoke and decided to check it out. Maybe on the ground doing whatever and had to leave due to approaching flames?
