    Cops in Quebec ran over bicyclist going wrong way on one way street. Carelessly ran over him again and then got out and arrested him while he was on the ground, badly bleeding to his death. See, cops don't have to shoot to get their man.

    Asset forfeiture abuse by law enforcement in traffic stops. Sadly, many police officers are encouraged to take part with seizing innocent people's cash. They wonder why a distrust of law enforcement is on the rise. Appears travelers with cash need fear law enforcement as well as bandits.
