This is sad, there is nothing here that is not explained by simple camera dynamics and atmospheric physics. I would explain but it is not for me to make up for the lack of due diligence of the video poster. An extraordinary claim must be first made within the exclusion of well known facts. With a modicum of effort all seen here is easily explained. For anyone to claim that anything seen here falls outside those explanations, make the case explicitly! It is not enough to simply make, or show, a video that one is too lazy to have done the minimally required intellectual effort.
Agreed clutching at straws I have grave doubts about anyone claiming the existence of holographic craft. The physics involved would be far beyond our means. What is projecting the hologram? why?
Just because John Lear believes they exist doesn't make it so. Spurious nonsense.
Here is a chemtrail being laid by a plane that turns invisible. I believe they call this the invisible effect of atmospheric invisibility inducement of invisibility. <shrug>

I think the most logical explanation for all the helicopter harassment people experience is that these helicopters are sorts of holograms or hallucinations. They respond to the target's thoughts and are used to intimidate and scare and make the target obsessed and feel powerless. I remember one target said he heard other people connecting to his mind, he heard: "Okay, time to turn the helicopters off." or something very similar to that effect.
There are many people who hear handler, controller, black ops / milab agents in their heads. It's a really scary reality.
The stories of how people describe the helicopters being so close to them and other people not noticing them hints to me they're often holographic.
