Just a heads up: after installing today's patches, I had to reactivate network discovery on each PC in my home LAN, so they could find one another again.

You may want to delay install of latestMarch 2021 update if you own one of the printers on "the list".

March Windows 10 update appears to cause blue screen of death when printing
by Sean Endicott
.
The March Windows 10 update (Windows 10 KB5000802) appears to be causing the blue screen of death to appear for some users. A Reddit thread and a report by Windows Latest share several stories of people who have run into issues since installing the latest Windows 10 update. The issue seems to occur when trying to print something, though it may only affect certain printing situations.
"This update seems to be causing blue screens when printing to Kyocera Universal Print drivers. Have had at least 20 confirmed cases from 4 different clients already and it's only been an hour into the day," a person told Windows Latest.
The Reddit post and ensuing thread also mention Kyocera printers. According to the post on Reddit, updating to a newer Kyocera driver did not work.
In addition to reports of issues involving Kyocera printers, people have seen the blue screen of death when using Ricoh, Zebra, and other types of printers

I've got one ancient laptop that I only use to store backups, and one laptop and PC that are each about 2 years old.
After today's MS patches, the old laptop has the new 'News and Interests' in the task bar, but the two others ones do not.
They all are on exactly the same version of Windows.
Go figure... (Usually, the newer PCs / laptops get the newer features first).

Geesh, you guys still using that ...OS, l tried that over a weekend after, Microsoft crippled Adobe Suite on my old laptop, after months of trying, (l unfortunately was stupid enough to click on the update button) and after all else failed, had to get a new laptop.
The new one, was high powered but had windows 10 on it, so l tried it over the weekend and after trying system restore and undoing it with a blue screen appearing realized it was rubbish and put Windows 7Pro back on.
So 7Pro, more than 4 years, no updates at all, Abode Suite purring, and OS purring, (apart from the customized icons, misbehaving).
Don't listen to so called experts sqarking on about security updates, XP, and Windows 7, are extremely well build, and only need a good antivirus.
HOw to: Turn off News and Interests.
Right-click on the News and interests entry on the Windows 10 taskbar.
Select the News and interests entry on the menu that opens.
To disable the feature entirely, select "turn off".
You may alternatively reduce it to an icon-only display.
You may also select "reduce taskbar updates".
