    With a small belt and parts, you could make electric power. I know this small of one could only make a little. But its a start.

    This is a very simple "unbalanced wheel". What is notable is that the wheel after a slight push to overcome the inherent friction in the mechanism: this wheel accelerates. Under the form of f=ma, this indicates that there is a force acting upon the wheel. If we can reduce the friction on the system we will get more of that free energy. with supercooled circuits the wheel should generate more electrical output. Super!
