The source is Section 51 which are known CGI artists.

Rob Waugh the writer in the Metro has been posting lots of et/ufo related stuff.
Seems highly unlikely to be genuine probably not long before someone finds the space station footage that they used.
The second shot looks like a footage from a plane they've just keyed out the earth and the sky.
Also must be an awful lot of atmosphere on Titan to fly horizontally.

I think it's fake. Take a look at Saturn. In one of the pictures you can see what might be Saturn's rings curving around the planet. But, no matter how bright the light is (and I think it's way too bright for being that far from the Sun), the rings are not casting any shadows on the planet. In just about every photo of Saturn, there are shadows being cast on the surface. Most of the time the shadows are from the rings, sometimes from the moons and sometimes from both. There are no shadows in this video.

Also, since I was shown this several years ago, it is more likely that ETs are the ones hanging out around Titan and Saturn's rings.

Section 51, lol. When they show a moon, it shows the shadow at half mast. It should be the same on Saturn. Fake for sure. Shame they will get hits like crazy..
