One of the main points of contention remains the video that was released.

According to the Washington Post, Elizondo said he had gone through the proper - but classified - channels to have the video declassified.

But it was already available on the website of a German CGI company since 2007 (as Isaac Koi had already pointed out on Facebook).

Not that l know of.
But safe to say the pilots who came forward would have noticed if they were different.

I did read a statement from the German film company confirming the video was posted up on their site, however they deny being involved with the tapes production.

Yesterday, 23 January 2018, this was posted on the Facebook page of the To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science:

Furthermore, the US Department of Defense has not denied the account provided by TTS Academy or the retired US military personnel involved in the incidents of November 14, 2004.

Saw this yesterday and To the Stars posted it in their Facebook feed...

'In a recent Q&A session with Herald Tribune journalist Billy Cox (who writes about UFOs on his blog De Void), ex-CIA Director John Brennan made relevant comments with regard to UFOs and the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), which basically boiled down to this: (1) UFOs are a concern, (2) they remain unexplained, and (3) he was aware of in-house endeavors to solve these unexplained events.'

...Ralph Blumenthal, one of the reporters who worked on the story, later clarified: "They have, as we reported in the paper, some material from these objects that is being studied so that scientists can find what accounts for their amazing properties, this technology of these objects, whatever they are.

"It's some kind of compound that they don't recognise.

"We printed as much as we were able to verify. Can't go beyond that."

After a number of claims about the accuracy of the report emerged, Nick Pope, who previously investigated the potential threat posed by UFOs for the British MoD, came forward to back the report's claims.

Although his enquiries in the 1990s revealed no such threat existed, and no metals were found in the UK, he is convinced mystery metal is being stored in the US.

Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk, he said: "The recent revelations about the Pentagon's UFO project are all true.

"The project existed and was funded to the tune of $22 million.

"Some of the personnel involved with this project came to believe some of the objects were extraterrestrial.

"There are recovered "materials", the full details of which have yet to be disclosed."

We asked Mr Pope how he could be so certain that the metals existed and were in storage.

He said: "As to how we know these alloys exist, there are two points.

"Firstly, Luis Elizondo has clearly told the New York Times and others about this aspect of the AATIP project.

"Secondly, the original New York Times article on December 16 states that the paper saw contracts relating to the project, maybe as a result of Freedom of Information Act requests, but possibly as a result of material having been passed to them by Luis Elizondo or by someone else associated with the project.

"The implication in the New York Times article is that the alloys were mentioned in one of these contracts, which would have had to have contained some breakdown of how the money was going to be spent.

"A specific expense seems to have been the modification of some Bigelow Aerospace buildings to store these alloys and other UFO-related materials."

He described the New York Times fact-checking process as "meticulous"....

So as Hal is the head of To the Stars' science and technology section will be very interesting to hear what he has to say.

Hi Guys

Just been listening to Hal Puthoff on George's program. It was great to hear the legend on there. I also just caught the end of Dr Eric Davis who spoke about his work for NIDS.
Hal was very coy about revealing anything about the material they had.
But what he did confirm was that they had a sample and that it was the way the elements were layered that they were unable to figure out - not that they couldn't recognise the metals etc.
It has extraordinary properties but he didn't elaborate.
He did say that there was one official document they found that mentioned crashed UFOs but then quickly mentioned that they would be so highly classified...
The implication being yes we may have crashed craft but he has no access to those programs. George seemed to conclude that this sample came for a down craft, but Hal never mentioned that, I know George is better informed than the rest of us as to what's going on, so maybe that's been mentions off-air.
Dr Puthoff also mentioned that the Russians and the Chinese had programs working on UFOs and were trying to get gain technological advantage there.
He confirmed had seen one more video and that they were going to release it soon and that there were others.

My theory is that the deep black programs must also have sanctioned this disclosure, ie General McCasland etc and what we are getting is the unclassified tip of a massive black iceberg.

It was a very good interview. I was wondering though, if Dr. Puthoff's comment about examining materials, was an unintended slip.
