Watched the above show ; interesting to hear from another witnesses PJ Hughes who worked with the E2 Wallbangers. A friend of his signed a NDE NDA, "Roger" was on the E-2C Hawkeye that was overlooking Dave Favor's flight. He saw the Tic Tac up close in the air, and when on the ground couple of USAF officers confiscated their hard drives.

UFO JOE has done a nice write up here

Witness: Air Force Confiscated Hard Drives Related To Tic Tac UFO

Includes a bit about another witness USS Princeton, Fire Control-man and Aegis Computer/CEC Technician Gary Voorhis.

Is an NDE anything like an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?.
And who did "Roger" sign it for? USAF? Navy?

Non-disclosure agreement NDA , NDE my typo

I think the Navy, Voorhis, claimed the uniformed men took stuff from his ship. Confusingly Fravor and his flights never had to sign an NDAs. The Hawkeyes were testing some new tech, which amalgamated all the battle group comms and other data. Pj said it was classified.
From what I remember reading the Hawkeye is supposed to co-ordinate operations from the air.
