Thread: Investigation tools for your phone

  1. #11
Ordinarily, I'd be making fun of smart phones too but I find mine too useful and I'm not an early adopter or a power user. Back in the day I had to carry an appointment book of some size, a reference for medications and a small DSM reference. That meant either a bag or bulging pockets. Now, it is all in my phone. The medication reference updates itself weekly, sometimes more often. Oh, yeah, and I can check both email accounts in real time because it tells me to! And it backs itself up when it gets bored.

Someone said the other day that not too long ago a King could not have bought such a thing with all the riches of his realm. I paid $49.95 with a $50 rebate.

Tricorder (by Kenneth Lakin), its free, its fun and it tests your Android's "sensors." Good app for Star Trek fans too.

Mmm, yes, very curious, very interesting...

    Tricorder?

    "He's dead, Jim."
