    The Scale and Frequency of Abductions

    New on JAR Magazine: our panel discusses whether abductions have been increasing or decreasing:

    TLDR version: there are insufficient data to come to any firm conclusions but it looks like the overall number of incidents per year has remained stable, while the number of abductees keeps increasing. This seeming paradox can be explained by the generational aspect: as their children start experiencing abductions, parents get abducted less frequently.
