The comment thread was rather interesting after I threw this question in at 47:48 [live comments tend to appear 24hrs later, but it threw a few people who realised they'd not even considered the implications of the ongoing UAP confirmations]:


@Fore, it also appears another member of a similar program to your own popped up there, shares same elements. Looking at the time-frame, I suspect that there was a wide-spread program to bring back a considerable amount of people to the late 1970 and early 1980 timeframe, probably part of an evac from a failed timeline.
I reckon we'll probably do the loop quite a few times until the right outcome appears; I mean, how would we count it unless we ask them? I doubt they'd give a sensible answer. However, also suggests positioning of assets to salvage/prevent or rescue a bad situation.
Never was able to shake that feeling, despite the current situation, that I'm on "holiday." Might also explain why I feel tired and old... I mean, far more than I should, even when I was young.

The cylinder is a "Mothership" parked inside one of the 2 bays. She and I estimate the length of the mothership is maybe about 1.2 miles with perhaps 20 floors or so.

Note: The foldable/extendable "gantry" isn't drawn yet in the picture. It would be attached near the center gap of the two openings. It would fold down alongside the back.

I missed the original AMA due to work, and watched another shorter live feed over at Witness Citizen instead because it was shorter, so I'll be onto this as soon as I can.
It's going to be a bit of a problem with live chat etc, I've been taking advantage of work from home at level 3, but looks like I'm going to have to go in (Alongside "planned" power outages, which have necessitated me being onsite to shut things down and bring them back up at weird times.)
Been thinking to myself, if I actually won the lottery, I bet it would be the day before the Apocalypse... just, because, you know, someone would find it funny.

I'm noting a mix in terms of feedback on the details, so a reasonable amount is accurate, but I suspect a bit of rock eaters is mixed in (Fore will get the allusion.)
However, let's have a closer look at the medical instruments:

Now, here's the thing, I'm pretty sure that 3, 4 and 5 would be found as part of every kit, while 1 and 2 would be specific to the set for the procedure.

Why am I bringing this particular image up?

Well, look at instrument 5, it leaves behind a wound that exists post-abduction, according to the witness. The thing is this, I've very familiar with that needle configuration, because I had exactly the same wound pattern on my leg the next day following the encounter with the glowing orange being (or the "Penultimate Human Form"/"Pinnacle of Human Evolution" as it called itself when I asked "what are you?"...)
This particular instrument leaves a triangular set of procedure marks, spaced about 3 to 5mm apart (it has been quite a few years, check my old descriptions for a more accurate distance assessment). Judging from the configuration, and the depth of each of the holes (about 4 mm deep, 2mm diameter), which were healing pretty rapidly as they were gone/healed when I checked later in the day (with the exception of a small scab where there was bleeding, as it interacted with one hair), I would say the instrument is held against the area it is being used on, and the needles go to whatever depth they extend to.
The holes and depth were ultra-odd, I could look right down into them, and see the non-bleeding flesh around the interior of the shaft. At the bottom of each hole the surface flesh was visible (!) but distorted as though it were like a miniature belly button (essentially the instrument punched the surface skin layer down, and pushed down through it in another fashion, maybe at the influence level, creating the odd effect.)
I cannot say what the instrument actually does, other than the after-effects of its use. I would, however, make the following speculation:
1) During that year I had been injured after being hit by a car (I was hit while crossing a zebra crossing. The car was stopped at the crossing. They accelerated into me, carried me on the bonnet, and I ended up being flung onto the road when they came to a sudden stop. This resulted in injuries to my back, and the interior nerves of my elbows, as well as complications regarding circulation in the left forearm.) It is possible that I was taken to medical to address issues which arose from that, but that suggests a 6 monthly checking cycle.
2) In the same year I encountered a murder site, and unfortunately discovered I had psychometric capabilities, which led to a highly unpleasant physical playback of being stabbed, and then the thoughts of the victim as they sought help before expiring. This could be considered an influence level injury, requiring specialist care.
3) Later in the same year I discovered Fore's thread, and did a serious deep dive into he material. It's pretty certain that my abilities really developed fast, as my field started developing, and I noted various PSI related phenomena. 1 and 2 could therefore be unrelated, and I simply underwent standard assessment and "tagging".
4) Ultra speculation: After being taken aboard the vessel, I came to, naked, and decided it'd be a great idea to stab myself in the leg so that I would have evidence that something happened; because I would know that memories are normally wiped, and needed the reminder that more than just meeting the entity happened.
5) Ultra speculation: After being taken aboard the vessel, I came to, naked, during some diabolically horrible procedure. After attempting to escape, with my organs dragging behind me, one of the Greys stabbed me in the leg in desperation to render me unconscious.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I know what it can do in terms of physical marking. Not sure what it actually does, but it would work well for drug delivery. I certainly speculate it's a real instrument, due to the needle configuration and the description of what it can do in terms of leaving marks. I speculate it is a commonly used instrument, as I doubt they were using a gynaecological kit on me... well, not unless they were doing ultra strange things.

Edit: Something/someone was ultra pissed when I was writing this, plus interacting intensely with my field. I was even subjected to the reasonable I don't need to write about this, or I shouldn't, as though it is my internal voice. Right this very moment, it's trying that on again, and intensifying it more and more. Well.... it ain't going to win, I wised up to that.

I cannot say what the instrument actually does, other than the after-effects of its use. I would, however, make the following speculation:

I've experienced this specific triangle dot mark from this tool like many other abductees have. Twice on my hip, and another time my room mate was abducted with me and he got it on his leg. I had a psychic try to give me answers on it, and she got an impression about it when she tuned into it. She said it seemed to be like an electrical discharge going out into the body and coming back to the device, like a kind of reading or scan of some type. The 3 dot marks would itch and burn a bit according to my friend who got it on his leg, but it didn't itch much the two times I saw it on my hip. I actually posted a pic of it here on this forum about ten years ago I think, and it might have been you pontif that responded thinking it was probably humans because it seemed like rough handling to mark like that. But after reading abducteejournal's detailed posts and pics on Gab, and seeing the pic of that hand tool, I'm convinced its from the nonhumans and hybrids she encounters and draws. I'm not convinced they're aliens, but seem to be like cyborgs, modified human experiments in attempt to merge people with AI. And the agenda appears to be moving along. Whatever they are, they're real, and its not fantasy.

Just thinking back on it, I'd mention rough handling when there is more damage than required (extensive or intense spot bruising, holes that are really large, or holes that don't heal up at high-speed [comparatively to normal healing rates].)
So, from my perspective, the handling is not rough if the results have surgical precision and heal very quickly; I mean, this tech is advanced, and the handler would really have to botch the job, be highly unskilled, or purposely injure to produce poor results.

There's another consideration, we don't know what that settings wheel does. It might adjust the scan type, and perhaps the degree of depth and size. It'll be presets though, and from the diagram around 16 and well below 30. If it is a 4 parameter device 4x4 for 16 settings makes sense (size, depth, type, output energy and I'm only assuming 2 variants for each).

The pic I uploaded is a close up of 3 very tiny bruises and it did look kind of rough due to the blurriness of the poor quality camera phone I had. I'm unable to post pics here as it says I've reached my limit when I try to click upload. I can email them though, I will message you. I forgot another instance where I got a picture, my ex girlfriend got a similar mark on her shoulder. The 3 dots were white, and her triangle mark was bigger than I've seen before.
