    Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Apparently urged on by the success of "Rogue One', Disney brings us another STAND ALONE story set in the Star Wars universe.
From the limited commercials I has seen, an evolution story about a young Han Solo. How Han met Chewie and became best buds, and how they obtained the Millennium Falcon spacecraft.
    Action/Adventure/Comedy all rolled into one.
Looks like fun, can't wait to see it.

    THE BIG BANG THEORY.

    Season 11 finale.
For fans of the science nerd comedy,
No big secret, Amy and Sheldon are married in this episode.
Along with the normal cast, many cameos by past characters/actors.
A few of the special guest included; as Amy's parents: Kathy Bates and (comedian/magician) Teller.
Sheldon's Mother, Twin sister, and older brother appeared (well known Sheldon's father is long deceased).
Given her obvious affections for Sheldon, I was surprised NOT to see Leonard's Mother (Dr Beverly H.) in attendance.
Special guest appearance by Luke Skywalker (I mean Mark Hamel) and Wesley Crusher (aka Will Wheaton)
A segment was cutout due to time constraints, but made available online dealing with the late arrival of a gift shipped to the happy couple by the late Dr. Hawking prior to his passing. (A story element, as Hawking made the occasional cameo).
It was made available on the CBS website.

    Fear The Walking Dead
    Mid-Season S4 finale.
Not that many characters left, who were present from the very beginning.
Now, there is one less. Didn't see that one coming.

    By JOHN KIESEWETTER

Sony Pictures Entertainment has posted a trailer for Gillian Anderson's "UFO" movie, which flew under the radar when filmed here last December.

Anderson, "The X-Files" star, plays a mathematics professor in scenes filmed at the University of Cincinnati who helps a young man (Tony-winner Alex Sharp) investigating extraterrestrial sightings.

    Story Continues

I was not a viewer of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Thought some people may find this news article of interest.

Respect for Joss Whedon, really enjoyed "Firefly/Serenity". The original "Buffy" movie with Christy Swanson was fun too. Never did watch the TV series, seems tailored for a younger crowd.

Not sure why the big "Black Female Lead" headline.
Until the part is cast, I have to reserve judgement. IMHO, the actual actress selected and her abilities to bring the part alive will determine success or failure.
With the popular success of the series, Sarah Michelle Geller (as Buffy Summers) left some big shoes to fill no matter who they select.
Best of luck to Joss Whedon and his new project.
