I hear through the grapevine… scientifically speaking, Michael Crichton got it wrong with the frog DNA. It seems they are using chicken DNA, it is much closer to dinosaur DNA. Time will tell.

Mmm, yes, very curious, very interesting...
The bird/dinosaur theory was out there when Crichton wrote. I guessed he used the frog DNA in the story to explain the gender change in the dinosaurs. "Life finds a way."
