Am I seeing the guys dressed in black (Block) wearing bullet proof vests underneath their jackets?

Look close at the guys dressed in black, then glimpse at cop on bike. Note his bullet proof vest, now go back and look at photos of guys dressed in black... Appears as if they are wearing bullet proof vests underneath their jackets.

This too is weird... do they only sell one type of shoe there?

I saw similar reports from Europe last week. They also mentioned that the provocateurs wore "police footgear", mentioned the brand name even. There was video purporting to show the police allowing them to escape as they moved in. Very interesting, the whole thing. Did anyone else see that?
