I agree John Lear isn’t reliable I don’t buy it.
Ron via Dan Smith via Grant Cameron said it was a hoax - Sours grapes and I think Dan Smith is a time waster.

What is incredible is we have a NY Times article they took months to mull this over before they were certain about it and printed it. We have a Senator, Chris Mellon and Luis Elizondo and the pilot all vouching for this and still people are calling it a hoax.
People who still have a problem now have lost their grip on reality, and will call anything a hoax, because we now have clips with an impeccable pedigree and very highly well placed people vouching for them.

I don't really trust John Lear. He says the moon landing was a hoax and that's not true (and we have proof).

The "UFO man at the CIA" (Ron Pandolfi?), might just be jealous that he wasn't involved in this breaking news.

I think we should also keep in mind that there may still be people on the inside who do not want this information to come out (for many and various reasons). It's best to know and verify the source of information.

I don't either, he's come out with some spectacular story's. But give him credit for his experience, and "being connected" all right.

What bothers me, was not so much the messenger, but is there any truth to his assertions??

Myself, I see this recent disclosure as being the thin edge and expect nothing more than "much more to come" ...bring it!

If this disclosure gains any traction...being; "Forewarned is Forearmed" its CYA!

Please let me know if anyone has knowledge of; that the voice on the, "it's rotated" video been confirmed whereby the pilot has "come forth" and stated; "yes, that is me"? I checked many sites but could not get a straight answer so it seems.

Pandolfi and his mentally ill Twit-Bird Dan Smith had no role in The NY Times article or in Luis Elizondo’s AATIP program at the DoD. My boss and I were subcontractors to BAASS which was the contractor of record to the Luis’ program. Nobody associated with the program wanted anything to do with Pandolfi before and after he left the CIA. He had a very bad reputation within the IC.

That is a false story. Jim Semivan doesn’t run the TTSA and he stayed very far away from Pandolfi because Pandolfi had a very bad reputation as a malevolent actor within the CIA.

Grant, you expend a great deal of time on Pandolfi and Smith. Their unfounded claims and assertions OR the unfounded claims and assertions made by others about them are nothing but a diversion of your research efforts away from Presidential UFOs. You’ve fallen into the same trap that many other investigators have fallen into since the 1980s. This is what Jacques Vallée warns against in his series of books, Forbidden Science, whereby serious investigators like yourself get pulled into following dead-end “do-loops” where no real data exists which prevents you from following the real UFO data in your investigations on Presidential UFOs.

Yes, the US Navy, Naval Intelligence, and all of the fighter pilots interviewed by a Naval investigation into the encounters have confirmed the reality of the FLIR videos including the associated radar data. This data was stored in a program office’s archives. The data got declassified and released to the public. But chain of custody remains classified to prevent tipping off foreign enemies on the identities of intelligence personnel, their assigned offices, specific intelligence programs that were involved, and technology content origin the data itself. So no, chain of custody will likely never be revealed to protect highly sensitive sources and methods. This is standard military-intelligence protocol. No mystery here because the Federation of American Scientist’s Secrecy News newsletter publishes reports and analysis and government documents that describes all of the rules and regulations involved with anything that is classified secret or higher.

Good find. I've spent a great deal of time trying to nail down the film's "chain of custody" without success.
Not sure I can be satisfied without a FEW more details.

One of the main points of contention remains the video that was released.

According to the Washington Post, Elizondo said he had gone through the proper - but classified - channels to have the video declassified.

But it was already available on the website of a German CGI company since 2007 (as Isaac Koi had already pointed out on Facebook).
